We were introduced to him by our sales associate as were requesting free delivery for our purchase. His name is Jorge Cervantes. I honestly can't say enough about his customer service skills and how I was able to bend his ear about my dissatisfaction with the customer service I've been receiving from their credit dept. based out of Texas. He reassured me that things are in motion with their upper mgmt to be more customer directed instead of just us being another account number. As I've explained to him we've never missed a pymt or been assessed a late pymt fee and our pymt history is in excellent standing but yet for the last 2 months I've been getting phone calls asking about my pymt. Which I explained to them how about my pymt being late before you start calling. Nonetheless this is about our experience. Conns is pretty decent as far as selection. Our sales associate was pretty "green" but I did appreciate that at the end if it all add he did ask what we thought of her her customer service, so it's nice to see she is open to comments and criticism. I would recommend this location, FYI we live about 7 mins from the Northglenn location but we really would rather take the time to drive to Arvada we have been with them since they opened 3 years ago.

This all happened an hour past the delivery window AND left me with my old washer in the middle of my upstairs hallway. THANKS CONNS! Also- the 3rd party contractor they hired to deliver the appliances accidentally broke the front door of my house. The young man begged me not to file a claim because the company would make him pay out of pocket to fix it. This is an exploitative policy to pit customer and delivery person against one another while leaving the company completely out of it. Shrewd business practice? Maybe. Evil? YES. Run as far away as you can from this horrible company.

Well, we can't keep everything in stock." I told her we drove a half an hour to get here to see that chair and I was unaware that it wasn't in stock. She asked where we drove from. I told her North Arvada. She replied." There's no way it took you a half an hour. It's a 15 minute drive I live in Broomfield. I know where you live". I cannot believe the unprofessionalism rudeness and laughing when I complained about the drive for nothing. She had the gall to ask if we wanted to look at anything else. I said absolutely not. As such I took Thursday, April 2 off from work to make sure that I was available to receive my order in person once I was notified of the actual day of delivery which they never did. That Thursday I contacted Denver City Furniture to find out the status of the delivery of the mattress to my new location where I was moving. They contacted the shipper, presumably FedEx and they were notified that the mattress had been dropped off on Wednesday, April 1. This means that I took a day of PTO for no reason and my mattress was sitting outside possibly available for porch pirates and I was none the wiser. In attempting to get compensated for the monetary equivalent to my loss of a PTO day, I was given a $100 credit to the store which basically covers one goddamn pillow. Despite my frequent pleas for compensation that at the very least matched the monetary equivalent to my lost day of personal time off, I was stonewalled. This is a slap in the face and the message being sent is that my time my frustration and their lack of ability to effectively communicate logistics is only worth less than half of a day pay for me that I am now out. Suffice to say Ashley furniture, and Denver city furniture will not be getting any additional business from me. To be fair, Mark, the sales guy was a peach. Unfortunately though they'll never get my business again and I will be reporting Ashley furniture to the Better Business Bureau because they suck balls. Of course I contacted Ashley corporate and they were zero help and told me I needed to contact city furniture for any help with this. So in predictable form, one entity is pointing fingers at another entity, saying they need to take care of it. Meaning it's a vortex of lousy service.
