This all happened an hour past the delivery window AND left me with my old washer in the middle of my upstairs hallway. THANKS CONNS! Also- the 3rd party contractor they hired to deliver the appliances accidentally broke the front door of my house. The young man begged me not to file a claim because the company would make him pay out of pocket to fix it. This is an exploitative policy to pit customer and delivery person against one another while leaving the company completely out of it. Shrewd business practice? Maybe. Evil? YES.
