I bought a Mac book for school and needless to say the price is doubled due to interest but whatever but on top of this I have been late a few times with my payment and these people would call from different numbers the moment they opened till they closed ALL DAY LONG (They would wake me up and interrupt my nights rest) they even call on Sundays. I would call and say can I have 3 or 4 more days they would say ok We will put that on file and still, they called everyday up till the day I paid them. If I could give a negative I would. 3 weeks ago the dryer started making a clunking noise, I called the warranty department and requested a technician come out and look at it. Per their request, I explained the clunking noise and they said it would be a week until they could get a tech out here...annoying but okay, scheduled for 2/14. Took a day off for work as they stated I wouldn't know the timeframe of the visit until that morning when he looked at his calls. Service tech calls the morning of 2/14 telling me he will be here between 9 and 10 and showed up right on time. Asked what was wrong and I explained it was making this clucking noise he stated that he was pretty sure he know exactly what the issue was and that it happens a lot with these dryers and that it's a common problem. Once he took the dryer apart he agreed that it was exactly as he thought and he had to go out to his truck for the part...except he didn't have the part. Even though I had explained when I scheduled the appointment and he seemed to know what the issue was before he even opened the dryer AND it was a common issue, he did not have the part on hand. The part would have to be ordered and since he is the only service tech for Conns that can fix TVs he's only in the Tulsa area Tuesdays and Thursdays. Okay, scheduled for him to come back today 2/21...and took another day off. Fast-forward to today, 8:30 rolls around and I haven't heard from him, decide to send a text: Hi -------, just confirming our appointment today that the parts came in to fix the dryer. His response: Actually for whatever reason you're not on my schedule please call 1(855)------- and ask them for an update Again...annoying and by this point I am livid. But I call and am informed that the part wasn't in and they tried to call but the number listed was out of service (so when they updated my account with my contact information which they did because service tech called on the 14th they apparently didn't update my actual account). They also didn't send an email either, which would have gotten to me. I have now canceled the order and the warranty call. I've now been without a dryer for 3 weeks, a dryer that I paid pretty good money for and added the extended warranty because there are 5 people in my house and...well...we wash and dry a lot of clothes. A warranty that at this point has done NOTHING for me. Amazon had the parts, will get them in 2 days, and the hubs will install. Text our friend the tech back: Order has been canceled. We will take care of this ourselves. Suggestion, if its a common issue with a particular appliance, keep the parts in stock especially if you can only make it to Tulsa twice a week. DON'T EVER SHOP HERE!!!!! I thought I was getting a deal on Samsung washer and dryer and a refrigerator so I went and ordered and the salesperson created them on separate accounts even though all items were purchased the same day. When I realized the accounts were set up 1 number apart I called in to get them combined. I was told several times it would be 5 to 7 days but every time I called in they said it was not done yet. I finally demanded to speak to a manager and the guy said I was misinformed it takes 30 to 45 days. I just called today 11/21/2016 and no one even processed the request to combine the accounts. What a flippin mess DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH CONN'S they are incompetent and their customer service sucks. These people are straight up crooks. I went in this past weekend to purchase a range, microwave and dishwasher during the president day sale they had and was working with Dalip (Indian guy). He explained that the dishwasher has a $119.00 installation charge that comes with it and a $20.00 charge for the the water lines u gotta buy with it. I understood and spoke with the manager Bill Ward and he explained why the dishwasher is the only piece that they charge to install. I understood and agreed to the price and got the purchase completed. I remember specifically asking both the sales rep and Bill the manager about the other pieces and they stated no other charges are applied for the other pieces as they come with free home delivery and installation. I agreed and signed the purchase docs. And docs. Not thinking twice and not looking over the docs. As I have purchased appliances and electronics from them before and never had an issue. Well to my surprise I was lied to and scammed out of an additional $119.00 and $25.00 which I realized when I was gong over my contract and receipt of purchase later that night. I went down to the store the very next day which was a Sunday. I talked to both the sales rep Dalip and Bill and the sales rep had the nerves to stand there and lie to my face claiming that he disclosed those additional charges as bein for the microwave and the $25 charge was the power cord for the microwave. What?? How do u purchase a $280 microwave and not have a power cord with it?? And why in the world would u not tell me about another $119.00 installation for the microwave?? Seriously?? What a scam. The manager stands there and tell me "well I can refund you the entire order if you'd like" really dude?? After the president day sale is over u wanna refund my order? Now I miss out on the entire sale if I wanted to go to another store because that weekend in which the sale was on is now over and to top it off my delivery has already been scheduled for that following day Monday afternoon. I was furious as to the sales rep lying to me and the manager being very unprofessional and not giving a damn as to what had happened from his sales rep. I just told him that that whole thing was a scam and a rip off and that they just lose a life long customer and he didn't even care!! Wow I'm in shock!! The sales rep then proceeded to chase me as I was walking out the store furious and told me "I'll get u a gift to compensate u, I'm sorry". Really dude?? Your gonna buy me a gift to compensate the same u just did to hit me for $145.00?? Get the heck outta here man I'm done with you guys was my reply as I walked out the store that evening. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Purchased a queen sized bed and frame, dresser, dining table and chairs, and couch. The frame is a King and the mattress is a Queen. Took pics with my phone and sent to them and the management agree the frame is not right. The dining table has 4+ areas were they patched up some damaged areas, and the couch has a tear on the bottom left. We have gone into this store 4+ times and told the GM that this all needs to be fixed. Claimed that he had sent in emails to the other departments to get with us to get everything "taken care of". The other departments have called wanting to know what's going on. They looked into their system and did not see any emails at all from the GM. In short, this company has at LEAST 30+ departments that we have spoken to since August 2015 and nothing has been done yet!!!! Are you kidding me!!! Don't believe anything that they tell you or promise you unless they are willing to put it in writing so if they forget that they told you something then you can take that piece of paper and shove it in their ass for them to remember!!! Conns in Dallas off Wheatland sold me a "bonded leather" living room set. I've had for 3 1/2 years. No kids or pets on it just me and the Mrs. Well, I have one year on warranty. It's falling apart. Conn's did every dirty trick in the book to not cover it. NBC 5 ran a special on this material. It's scrap material from overseas NOT real leather. Now they won't replace or give me store credit. I've been looking for sofas and dining table sets so after going through three places, I noticed Conn's and stopped by. This is my first time here so I was pretty interested in what this place has to offer since it looks pretty big. First thing I noticed was the amount of workers huddled together, a lot of workers compared to the amount of shoppers. One of the guy broke off from the batch to greet me and then after I told him I'm just looking around, he kept following. I felt very uncomfortable with him trailing me while I am trying to check out the sofas and tables and so I just walked making mental notice of the furniture. Upon walking out, the alarm rang and I turned around and noticed those group of men just laughing at me. If I could give this place a zero, I would which is what scares me because I never like rating anything beneath a 3 stars. Never coming back. Well i wish i could report a better experience. As my wife and I sit on the floor writing this post. The sales experience was not to bad then came writing the contract. The salesman messed up the first time by charging more then I should have been and kept trying to force me to take warrenty. He then had to rewrite the contract. All was good at that point got the call set delivery. Then today an hour before they were suppose to deliver the sales man called and said he messed up the contract and they canceled the delivery even tho the messed up part was the bed they did not deliver the living room furniture. The best part in the conversation with the manager about 5 min in he said "I am done with you". He was right he never talked to me he talk and looked at my wife. I am wondering if anyone from Conns will even read this and if they will contact me about it. My money is on no. On the second day now i called customer service and the had no power to fix it nor a solution to fix the issue but for me to wait for them and be availible when they can deliver. read more

Conn's furniture is a rental nightmare! If you pay off your rental the warranty will disappear! The managers will never call you back. I have a tempurpedic seally mattress only 6 months old and already sinking on box spring. This is a defect, but per conns use is not considered defective. If I could give less than 1 star I would, they do not deserve to be in business. They rip customers off. I made a large purchase of 3 kitchen appliances only to read the fine print after and discover the percentage rate I am being charged is off the charts. In addition, they charge insurance in the amount of over $400 and say the only way it can be removed is to email paperwork in of proof of personal insurance. I did this ack in February when I purchased the items. The amount of insurance was never credited back to my account and I have called 4 times. Each time the response I get is that they have to conduct an account inquiry and I must call back in 3 days. After an exhausting circle I have given up. I am going to do my best to pay off the account soon and never ever go near Conn's again. This message is to CEO Norman Miller and executives of Conns. I'm very dissatisfied with your operation. I came into store on January 1st excited about purchasing some new furniture. I was told that day all furniture was in stock and had delivery of 01/13/2016 after I agreed thru automation and even called on the 12th to confirm. No furniture delivered. I had to call to find out where the delivery was, come to find out the warehouse says they called the store that morning to inform that the one of the parts were not available. Store says they never received a call. I took off of work too. NEVER THE LESS I'm trying to be cool, IU did talk to a manager, Bill, invoice # 28539108. I asked for some type of gift card and he will contact me within 24 hours. Never got that call. NEVER THE LESS. On Friday, January 15th received a voicemail that our furniture will be delivered next day, OH WOW I'M EXCITED AGAIN. I called the warehouse AND my sales rep and I asked 'ARE YOU SURE" because they told me the part wasn't coming in till January 28th. On no we have 6 pieces available (part of the sectional) it shows in system. I told them it showed available before but they insisted it a go. Well the same freaking thing happened on Saturday. WHAT THE $@$@ is going on I'M SO ANGRY. I was talking to my mom and she told me this is the same store that took 2 months to get her furniture. I called the corporate office on Saturday, spoke with Keira (I think that how its spelled). I asked for the President's name, she put me on hold for about 2 minutes to look for your name "WHAT" and then I went to explain what happened, she put me on mute because when I was finished there were silenced and I kept saying hello and was about to hang up and she came back to phone REALLY. In May I purchased a sectional sofa from Conn's and from delivery until this date I have been unable to utilize my reclining sectional because it was broken from day 1. First of all the delivery company is a third party company and my scheduled delivery time was to be before 8 pm. The delivery guys showed up after 9 pm at the wrong house calling me stating that they were knocking at my door. I looked out my door and they were three houses down. The delivery guys were very immature and were in a rush so they did not even take the time to plug in the sectional nor did they bring the correct amount of power cords to hook up the sofa. I called the store and complained and was promised by my sales rep and Store manager that they would take care of this situation and referred me back to delivery. The delivery department sent out another group of third party contracted employees who brought out a new power cord and attempted to fix the recliner. They took pictures and contacted Conns and let them know that it was not working and that they believed that it was due to the motor being out. I was told to call myself and find out what they could do for me. When I spoke with the store once again and the delivery department in MAY I was told to contact the service repair department who would give me a date for the repair person to come out and service my recliner. I spoke with the service department and they said that they would contact me when the service person would be out. Weeks passed and after calling the service department I was given a date and in June a service tech from another third party company came out was at my home for five minutes took a picture of the motor and stated that the part would be in about two weeks but he had to go through Conns to be able to come back out. I never heard back from Conns so I called again on July 3rd left a voicemail and no one called me back. I contacted Conns so called corporate customer service department the same week and was told that my part would be in on July 13th and that someone would be contacting me. Well July 13th came and went no phone call.....July 14th came and went once again no phone call and etc. until I decided to contact corporate customer service today and was told by Sarita who is a customer service representative that she would find out what is going on and she placed me on hold while she contacted US Quality Repair I was on a three way call with both Sarita (Conns) and the representative from Us Quality Repair. I was told by the representative from US Quality Repair that my part is on some freight on a ship and she is still waiting to find out where the freight is and could not tell me once again when my recliner would be repaired. I said that was unacceptable and I need to speak with someone who can give me a date she transferred the call to her manager Martha who was not helpful at all and stated the same thing that they could not give me an answer as to when my recliner would be repaired. Martha stated it would be up to Conns as to how they wanted to handle this situation... I stated to Sarita (Conns) that I had been patient enough and this is a trip hazard to my child because it is stuck in a reclining position and if they could not fix this I want to return the sofa or for each day until it is repaired I expect to receive a discount taken off my contract amount. I also expect a phone call today from someone in corporate since she is not from corporate. As of right now no phone call.. BUYER BEWARE do not go to CONNS do not allow them to manipulate you at the store or buy into their great customer service that they so proudly advertise. Conn's business utilizes all third party companies... They do not care nor do they take the time to take care of a customer by a simple phone call.... I cannot return the sofa with out it being a voluntary repo so am stuck with having to wait till the day they decide to repair my sofa...
