I cannot recommend Mildred Howard and her company, Devoted 2 You, highly enough. As an Occupational…read moreTherapist working in an outpatient setting, I have exceptionally high standards for patient care, and Mildred and her team have exceeded them at every single turn. I first hired Devoted 2 You in 2021 to care for my father, who had Alzheimer's. Bringing strangers into a vulnerable loved one's home is terrifying, but Mildred came highly recommended. From our first interview, she put our minds at ease. She is fully licensed, reliable, and manages a wonderful team of aides, ensuring seamless coverage for multiple shifts, weekends, and holidays. They handled his daily care, housekeeping, and laundry with absolute grace, allowing my parents to age at home. Mildred was a true anchor for our family, helping us navigate my father's decline until his passing in 2022, always strictly following the care schedules and structures we put in place. Because of my wonderful personal experience, I have recommended her to several of my own therapy clients over the years, and every single one of them has been thrilled with her services. What truly sets Mildred apart is her adaptability and responsiveness in a crisis. In 2024, when my mother was hospitalized with sepsis and needed immediate care upon discharge, Mildred arranged short-notice care back here in Florida. She and her aides treat their clients with the utmost respect, working tirelessly to preserve their dignity while managing all of their physical needs. Most recently, our family faced an incredibly complex care situation. In December 2025, we had to bring my mother-in-law--who has aggressive Alzheimer's--into our home to avoid nursing home placement while my father-in-law was hospitalized. Mildred and her team seamlessly implemented the behavioral modification protocols and schedules I set up, doing a phenomenal job attempting to calm her behaviors. Then, in February, my father-in-law also moved into our home for rehab. His needs were complex--he was bedbound on and off, had a feeding tube, and a trach. Mildred immediately stepped up, vetting and hiring highly experienced CNAs and advanced aides to handle his complex medical needs alongside his wife's care. Over the last four months, both of my in-laws and my mother have had various ER visits and hospitalizations. Through all the chaos, Mildred has been accommodating, calm, and supportive every step of the way. Whether you need simple companion care or highly complex, skilled personal care for a medically fragile loved one, Mildred and Devoted 2 You are the absolute best choice you can make. They are a blessing to our family.

When I would call to book an appointment I remember she asked if I was busy and I could come in now! I said this to say this... I am personally so proud of them!!! They have opened more offices and have blessed so many people in such a short time! Before I did my review I went to Google to do a Google review and saw they have (no exaggeration) probably over 1,000 reviews in total with nothing but 5 stars! It's because everyone is down to earth they don't treat you like you're just some patient. I feel like any other doctor office I've been to feels germy and cold with rude staff. I have never had a problem in all these years they are literally perfect and I'm so proud of their growth!! I love y'all if you're reading!! Lol

I tell anyone and everyone, who has back or neck pain that they need to go to Winter Park Chrio! I…read morehave been to my fair share of chiropractors and after my first visit here I knew this place was different. I was a college athlete, still very active, and also have MS: which comes with a ton of inflammation, headaches, and lots of joint and back pain. I can truly say I have made SO much progress since becoming a patient with them. Other chiropractors I've seen see you for 5-10 mins adjust you and have you in and out. Not here. I appreciated that at Winter Parch Chrio has you come in for an initial consultation to talk about your health and then they help you create a game plan moving forward. Dr. Brett also gave me a lot of insight on the proper supplements I should be taking which have made a huge difference. Other things you should know? Dr. Brett's' entire team is terrific - and I mean everyone. They are the antithesis of the many other practices that we all deal with these days. Professional, engaged, friendly, patient, personal, and good natured. I highly recommend Winter Park Chrio.

This is where healing begins. I think that's what I mentioned in my last review of Integrated…read moreWellness Center. Except when I first wrote a review for my journey had not yet evolved to where it is today. In 2021 I can't begin to explain the emotional duress I was under. Smiling on the outside but so much pain, burden, and stress on the inside. I had been rear ended by yet another distracted driver and all the fears from a car accident that happened in 2017 flooded in like a wave. This along with physical pain and discomfort had me in terrible state of mind. In 2021 I was fearful while driving and experienced full panic attacks when another vehicle was someone was following too close. Slowly but surely I was able to manage a lot of my fears, hang on to sobriety, and the pain was manageable. I owe all of this solely to Integrated Wellness Center because my doctors were not concerned with addressing the emotional injuries and unknowingly Spinal Network was calming my nervous system. It wasn't until I attended "The Spinal Network" course Dr Scherrina offers, that I begin to really comprehend the work being done during treatments. Calming the nervous system, feeling the connection of my spine and brain, and being the moment of feeling every nerve ending during adjustments. It truly is an out of body experience when you learn to let go and open up to feelings we often block out. This invites movement and allows the body to release stiffness. Immersion is a whole other animal. Dr Scherrina offers this event twice a year and it sells out fast. Please let them know Alexis L sent you if this review helped you take that first step. Immersion is an intensive Spinal Network treatment going through the 12 stages of healing. Filled with grounding, journaling, and even a healthy lunch. This event would be great for you to continue treatment or jump start your intro into spinal network! Keep in mind Spinal Network does require work on the patients part and I highly recommend understanding it fully with your end goal in mind to make every treatment worth it. This is considered an out of network treatment so you will need to pay out of pocket or through your health savings plans. With that Spinal Network is one thing our family cannot afford to cut nor will we ever.
