Everyone is super kind, great at what they do, I would highly recommend if you are looking for a more holistic chiropractor

This is where healing begins. I think that's what I mentioned in my last review of Integrated Wellness Center. Except when I first wrote a review for my journey had not yet evolved to where it is today. In 2021 I can't begin to explain the emotional duress I was under. Smiling on the outside but so much pain, burden, and stress on the inside. I had been rear ended by yet another distracted driver and all the fears from a car accident that happened in 2017 flooded in like a wave. This along with physical pain and discomfort had me in terrible state of mind. In 2021 I was fearful while driving and experienced full panic attacks when another vehicle was someone was following too close. Slowly but surely I was able to manage a lot of my fears, hang on to sobriety, and the pain was manageable. I owe all of this solely to Integrated Wellness Center because my doctors were not concerned with addressing the emotional injuries and unknowingly Spinal Network was calming my nervous system. It wasn't until I attended "The Spinal Network" course Dr Scherrina offers, that I begin to really comprehend the work being done during treatments. Calming the nervous system, feeling the connection of my spine and brain, and being the moment of feeling every nerve ending during adjustments. It truly is an out of body experience when you learn to let go and open up to feelings we often block out. This invites movement and allows the body to release stiffness. Immersion is a whole other animal. Dr Scherrina offers this event twice a year and it sells out fast. Please let them know Alexis L sent you if this review helped you take that first step. Immersion is an intensive Spinal Network treatment going through the 12 stages of healing. Filled with grounding, journaling, and even a healthy lunch. This event would be great for you to continue treatment or jump start your intro into spinal network! Keep in mind Spinal Network does require work on the patients part and I highly recommend understanding it fully with your end goal in mind to make every treatment worth it. This is considered an out of network treatment so you will need to pay out of pocket or through your health savings plans. Dr. James and Dr. Scherina are truly the most nicest, caring, and genuine doctors I have come across in a long time. They are so genuine and their office feels like home. It is very comforting. Dr. Scherina practices the holistic side of healing. I didn't understand it much until I tried it for the first time. It is truly life changing. I cannot wait to go back for more. Dr. James is just as great! This office provides holistic care, chiropractic, and primary care. Integrate is such a great name and truly one of the best offices I've visited and will continue. Integrate Wellness Center is amazing! I have had issues with my spine for more than 20 years. I have had chiropractors and orthopedic surgeons tell me there is nothing more they can do for me. A friend of mine told me about Network Spinal Analysis and I and I thought it couldn't hurt to try...so I went to Dr. Scherina. I am so thankful I went! It's been the one thing that has truly helped me feel better so far. It's not the traditional adjustments. Everything is subtle and effective. ANYONE is a candidate for this healing modality. (Dr. James does offer traditional adjustments there as well!) Furthermore, they've done a great job with creating packages that are affordable and equivalent to an insurance co-pay. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This place and the doctors here have been an absolute godsend. I was in a car accident that caused several herniated and many bulging discs throughout my entire spine, resulting in severe neck and back pain. After going here I am so much better, and plan to keep going here for regular chiropractic maintenance. Dr. James and Dr. Scherina are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also very personable as well. Their range of knowledge and practice make them an incredibly powerful duo! I'm not really a review writer, but I love this place so much, I just had to! First of all, Kaley at the front desk is the cutest. Her smile and attitude always makes you feel so welcomed- great to experience especially after coming in for an appointment straight after a long day at work! I've been in NSA care for 3 years, but just recently moved back to Florida and found Dr. Scherina. I literally cried on the table the first time she entrained me because it felt like my nervous system finally felt safe enough to fully relax. Her knowledge and skill, mixed with the quality of care in her touch are unlike anything I've ever experienced. She's gentle enough that you feel nurtured, and "pushes" you right to the edge of being uncomfortable which is where I've experienced the most growth physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. No joke, I'm in the office at least twice a week- no matter if my life is in shambles or going perfectly smooth. Dr. James restored my trust in chiropractors again. I had a few really bad experiences with chiropractors causing more pain than when I had walked in so I stayed away for a while. Just getting to see and be around him as I visit the office so often, I knew if I ever needed an adjustment, I finally found someone I can trust again. That day came about a week ago. My neck got "stuck" and I could feel something was out of place. I saw him 2 or 3 times and I couldn't believe how relaxed I felt as he was adjusting me. I really appreciated that he didn't push me too far, saying "lets do this, and see how you feel later or tomorrow to see if you need more." He really payed attention to what was going on and answered all my questions before he did anything. His combination of presence and skill are exactly what I would look for in a trusted chiropractor, and I'm so happy he made me open to getting adjusted again! I could go on and on about these people, and their office is just as amazing. Beautiful space, even a whole separate room for the kids to play in as parents get entrained/adjusted. Always fresh fruit infused water in the lobby, and always lots of smiles and warmth throughout your entire visit. They even do workshops on weekends for all kinds of things- Self Care, Introduction talks to their work, Pregnancy/infertility, you name it. Whether you're looking for a new Chiropractor/NSA Dr., or you're interested in trying it out for the first time, you simply couldn't be disappointed here. I cannot recommend them enough :) read more

I was visiting my family this past week in the Orlando area and was experiencing intense back pain. While talking to a friend she recommended a new place that she heard about near Winter Park, Integrate Wellness Center. I called and they accommodated me immediately and provided exceptional care. Dr. James talked me through my evaluation and subsequent treatment. I would recommend this practice to anyone in the area.
