I just walked out of there, and I can't believe how much better I feel after just one visit. I spent the last month trying to correct my piriformis syndrome (similar to sciatica pain that runs down the leg). I've been to my family practice and to the physical therapy they prescribed. After a month of muscle relaxants which impacted my ability to work, steroids which fixed the pain for half a day, and physical therapy which didn't make much of a difference, I felt like I was getting worse. I had come to Ashley Park years ago for adjustments, so I booked an appointment and was in to see Dr. Mark within 24 hours. Dr. Mark is a miracle worker. He manually adjusted my piriformis, spine, legs, and arms. I walked out of his office for the first time in months remembering what it was like to be pain free. My leg went from sharp painful agony to a very light echo of pain. I could sit straight, and I could drive. I'm looking forward to going back to see Dr. Mark again for a couple more visits. I have only been once but I will be back!! Dr. Mark is an awesome chiropractor! I had sworn off chiropractors the last time my back went out because he made it worse. While I was hesitant to go, I am so glad that I did. Dr. Mark first does a scan of your spine - which was super cool and while I had pain in one area, he reviewed my entire neck and back and other lingering problems that I had been experienced he immediately saw. After that, he did the pulse therapy - I liked the machine because it seemed to be different than any other place as it did it in waves. After that, it was time for my adjustment - while I am a pretty big person, he really did a great job adjusting me in a very comprehensive way and began to feel relief! Im a dental hygienist who moved to Central Florida from South Florida in November. Dr Kosinsky is the smartest individual I have ever met in his craft. I play professional baseball and have been around the country and dealt with many chiropractors but none as good as himself. 3 years ago I dealt with the arches of my feet collapsing and intense ankle pain. I went to two podiatrist and they both recommended surgery or to wear $300 custom inserts the rest of my life. After getting multiple MRI's I went with the inserts which then caused many back spasms (but I did not put the two together). I couldn't walk barefoot or in any shoe other than a running sneaker with my inserts or I would limp around. I had to go to a chiropractor once a week to even keep my back feeling close to normal and always dealing with pain in my feet barely playing baseball through it. Last fall after my season I came to Dr. Mark for my low back I had heard good things about him. I mentioned my ankles. Not only did he tell me they were out of place he adjusted them. Two mornings later when I stepped out of bed I was walking barefoot with no pain. I no longer have to frequent the chiropractor just as necessary for maintenance. I just had my best season of my career and couldn't wait to come home to thank him. He literally saved my career and gave me back a quality of life I never thought I'd have. Today I took a chance after reading some of Dr. Mark's reviews and visited him about my unbearable back pain. I was living in constant agony with my back pain and I have had two previous back surgeries. I couldn't take deep breaths or sleep at night. I am very pleased to share that after one visit with him, I feel so much better. He has first class instruments to scan your back and he has excellent "bedside" manner. He explained everything to me as to what was going on and with some adjustments I left feeling so much relief! I will definitely be returning as it's not going to be a one stop deal. Ouch, ouch ouch! Thats how I went in to Ashley Park Chiropractic... But ahhhh, ahhhh, ahhhh is how I came out! I truly can say that Dr. Kosinsky and his staff have made me feel 100% better. Growing old stinks and the aches and pains that come with it don't help. I always assumed that nothing could be done about them since it was part of 'growing old'. But I was wrong... you can get help from a Chiropractor. Granted, not every body pain can be cured but Dr. K has certainly shown me that I can feel better overall just by alining my body back to the natural way it should be. The main reason I went to Dr. Kosinsky was for my migraines as well as neck and lower back ache. Some of my co workers have been going to him for a while now and when I told them about my challenges, they suggested I go see him. So I went along one day to meet him, his staff and to check out the place. It is a clean, professional office with a therapy room in the back, his treatment room in the middle, and a waiting room/office in the front. HIs staff is friendly and attentive and made me feel welcome. Dr. Kosinsky himself is professional man and knows his business. On our first appointment, he did an overall assessment of my challenges. We talked about what I wanted to fix and he had a great plan to get me back to feeling better. He explained to me what he saw was wrong with my neck, spine and legs. I was really happy to hear that there were actual problems that could be fixed and some of those growing old pains could be cured. Since going to him, I have not had one migraine... not even a headache... and my back and body feel much better. Just had my first appointment with Dr. Mark and I am looking forward to being a regular patient here. He is SO friendly and made me instantly comfortable in his care.
