We rented a truck from another source as there is NO delivery offered from Bob's if ordered through the pit. They do however have a 3rd party delivery service if needed. After testing out practically every mattress in the store, I did make a purchase, and there was some sticker shock, not gonna lie! But after waiting about a month I received a call to schedule my delivery, and a week after that, I was lying on my comfy new bed. There was some confusion over what hardware I would need to attach an existing headboard, and then when the delivery guys arrived, they had no clue that I expected them to install it (even though it was on my paperwork). In addition, they showed up 10 minutes early without first calling, so we weren't quite ready for them, but they were very pleasant and professional. All things considered, I'm glad I chose Connecticut Mattress and would definitely use them again in the future.

I was able to purchase a sofa for $400 less than what i would have been able to buy it for direct from the manufacturer. I have not had the best experience with Raymours main store. High prices and misleading sales tactics left me with no confidence in their ability to meet my furniture needs. However, the outlet store was the complete opposite. When they delivered it, they knocked every piece of art off the wall (not one or two - all of them). Obviously they didn't do it intentionally and the driver told me to call the store and let them know what happened. I did that numerous times but could never get anyone on the phone (hint: pretend you are looking to buy something). So after two months I wrote a review similar to this one. Got a call the very next day. The person told me if I removed my review he would send me $100 for the damage ( It was way more than that but by this time it was not about money) Anyway, I agreed, removed the post and have been waiting ever since for that check. They constantly send me advertising which only makes me more firm that I would never buy another thing from them. By the way, I really do love the recliner, but not the grown salespeople climbing over each other when you walk in the door or the clumsy delivery people, or the shady management practices.
