In addition to the wide assortment of furniture, you'll also find some small locally made goods, like candles and hair accessories. Jessica is pretty talented when it comes to refinishing furniture so we don't need to pay someone else for their time, since Jessica can do it just as well. She uses great colors, her prices are fair, and she gets some pretty quality pieces. So far we've bought a Thomasville french provincial dresser and a 1930's Art Deco vanity. She does have pretty nice costume jewelry (not really my thing I am a dude), paint for furniture, handmade soap and other assorted items (we got some pretty sweet porcelain door knobs too). We haven't attended one of her classes, but on Saturdays you can learn how to paint furniture (shabby chic style), and you leave with the piece you worked on. The entire staff is disingenuous and will tell you whatever they feel is necessary to get you off the phone. Multiple assurances of delivery time periods come and go without any valid reasons. First, the reason I did not give them 5 stars has to do with the sales person. He would not leave us alone and was not a good listener to our needs. Let people shop! We were not even all the way in the door when he pounced. I told him we wanted to just look, asked where mattresses were and next thing we knew he was glued to our side the whole time. When they wanted to make a decision, we had to ask him for privacy. Then as he was writing up the order he still did not get they only wanted mattresses no box springs and tried to order them for us. The mattresses were priced well and they had exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. Also got a table that is very nice and well built for a very good price. Delivery was exactly the date and time. They actually notified us multiple times , came at exactly when they said, were fast friendly and even helped me make room in my garage to store the items. If you want high end furniture, go someplace else. But Bobs is exactly what they advertise and for the price you get a good value
