He answered all of my questions with thoughtful, detailed responses and genuinely seemed invested in helping me find the right fit--despite knowing he wouldn't be making the sale. His online presence is also a huge plus. His blog posts on treadmills and other fitness equipment are incredibly helpful and clearly written by someone who knows the industry inside and out. I happened to be in his area this week, so I stopped by the store to meet him and try out some treadmills in person. He was exactly the same as he was online--friendly, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. He walked me through different models without any pressure and made the whole experience easy and informative. We just bought a treadmill for home use. My husband has the dual challenge of being totally blind and also very tall. Norm took a great deal of time in understanding his needs, our space and what we needed. I have been working with Norm at ConnectFit for over 5 years and have purchased weights, a recumbent bike and most recently a multifunctional weight machine. I have also stopped in or called him with questions about different products on numerous occasions. In my experience Norm and his staff are not only VERY knowledgeable but are great at listening to what I am trying to accomplish before taking the time to educate me on my product options and why they have chosen to represent the lines that they do - there is never any sales pressure - they just want me to be happy with what I purchase when I decide the time is right. For those looking for a place to start, Norm has been in the fitness equipment business for decades and is truly a wealth of knowledge about various product options and why he has chosen to carry the ones that he does. He also clearly understands the importance of after-sale service (repairs, moving equipment, etc.) and seems to have oriented his business toward ensuring that he can provide that. This is something that I have found very helpful, most recently in moving to a new home. His guys just made what I thought was going to be a "pain" to something that was simple - this kind of helpful attitude and approach is what you can expect. Wonderful experience today with Norm the manager. I was on the market for a treadmill to replace one I previously purchased from Norm over 20 years ago (another showroom). I was impressed with his knowledge and advice back then so I purchased other equipment as well for my home gym around the same time. I visited his showroom today and was so pleased to find the level of high quality carefully chosen equipment with a great selection. Norm is a professional. He listened to my needs and gave me his expert advice and selections with no pressure. I was able to try treadmills out and immediately felt comfortable with the quality and choices he suggested. He knew the technical aspects and build quality of everything I questioned him about and I am pretty technical! I was so happy he operates with the same level of honesty and integrity I remembered from 20 years ago. His pricing is great and they have their own service and delivery people which really matters to me. Truly a great experience and such a refreshing change from national corporations. Terrible service. The technician working on our bike made the initial problem worse and the store manager was utterly unwilling to own the fact that his technician screwed up. After an unsuccessful stint as ConnectFit, this store appears to be trying to rebrand themselves as ComFit Equipment Services. I do not recommend letting these guys anywhere near your fitness equipment. read more

I had a great experience on the purchase of my new elliptical. Totally trusted the friendly sales staff-who we're super helpful and candid & actually listened to what I wanted & were not pushing sales of something more. They seem to have long-term relationships with clients-repeat customers...& now I know why. I'd recommend without reservation. I went there first and then went to another place to compare...there was no comparison. The guys at ConnectFit really knew their machines & it was a no pressure experience. No issues with delivery, and now I have an awesome workout ahead of me every day...for the first time since leaving my gym due to COVID concerns in 2020. Only wish I'd bought from here 20 lbs ago...instead of not using the 2 lousy machines I ordered from Amazon that were so awful!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Norman Morrison and his team. Norm is extremely knowledgeable and has a wide variety of choices for picking the best equipment for his clients. He's patient and kind and goes well beyond the call of duty for his clients. The purchase, delivery and installation were seamless. Norm even came a few weeks post installation to ensure that all was working well for me. He also introduced me to a phenomenal personal trainer who is helping me immensely in the pursuit of my fitness goals. Chad Asnes from Fit Factor is a fantastic trainer. He has a private gym which is spotless with exceptional equipment. He pushes me to perform at my best but knows when enough is enough. If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered a treadmill in October and was told it would be delivered by thanksgiving. The treadmill was not back ordered at the time. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it still isn't here. The treadmill was supposed to come today but was not delivered due to snow. In my email correspondence I rescheduled to Wednesday but someone from their sales staff contacted delivery and moved it to Thursday when I have to work. I rescheduled my life to be available for both delivery windows. Never buy from them, they'll take your money and not deliver the product. read more

Can't say enough good things about Norm and the team at Connect Fit. About nine months ago they saved the day for for us when another firm took our money, promised that our desired exercise equipment was in stock and then proceeded to claim that they would need at least six months to deliver it to us because a couple of members on their team caught Covid. Connect Fit found what we needed, helped us make smart decisions quickly and had the equipment for us immediately. Then, this past week, our sump pump failed and our finished basement flooded. Norm returned a call at about 7 am in the morning and helped us find a team that would on a same-day basis preserve our bulky and heavy cardio equipment by disassembling and moving it out of the basement and to a safe spot before the water could do permanent damage.
