5 Stars for Connect Hearing of Pleasanton When it was finally time to get my first hearing aids, my family's insurance directed me to Connect Hearing of Pleasanton where I received a substantial break in the price of my world-class, nearly undetectable, comfortable and Bluetooth (smartphone) controllable and rechargeable hearing aids. I am giving Connect Hearing 5 stars because of the friendly and professional service provided by hearing specialist Nicole, and the friendly reception I have received from the front office during the few times I visited the office. As a Management Consultant, Public Speaker and Grandpa of young children, the ability to hear is crucial. I really enjoy my hearing aids, being able to hear, having dynamic control of the hidden devices behind my ears, and knowing they will stay on even when I am out on the trail riding my horse. Nicole's confidence and competence assured me that I had chosen the right local business to supply and support my hearing aids. read more

Audio Nova (formerly Connect Hearing) has the same wonderful staff, and Jason and the team are incredibly helpful every time I visit their office. My mom has needed hearing aids for a long time, and we've interacted with a few other businesses. Some of them felt disconnected from their clients, but the genuine interest and care we received from Jason made me feel confident that we would finally get a service and product that truly worked. His deep knowledge of the industry's products, along with his clear explanations, helped us understand the different components and models of hearing aids. read more

I bought current hearing aids from this business about 2 years ago. The audiologist Jason is great, easy to work with, very professional. The only reason I am giving 4-star review is because of the front office help. I don't get timely calls back or answers to my voice or emails read more

I needed hearing aides for far longer than I thought. I was directed by my physician to connect hearing. I have decided that this was so much better than the other options out there. I am glad I have the personal support this clinic offers. I have benefited greatly from hearing aides but there is a learning curve. I am grateful for the great walk in service should some issue arise, where the thought of calling a company for help sounded horrible at best. Thanks! read more

Even though I am not a client, Jason and Lisa rescued me from a hearing aid disaster when I discovered within hours of arriving from MA to see my CA granddaughters ( for the first time in 17 months !! ) that the ear piece on my Left Phonak aid had split!! I was seen within an hour of calling Connect Hearing and within minutes they replaced both ear pieces! It was absolutely the BEST customer service I had ever experienced,...beyond 2 Thumbs Up!! I'd have to get out a thesaurus to come up with enough superlatives to describe my experience with Connect Hearing!! I was lucky to have found such competent AND compassionate care! read more

I thought I already wrote a review for this place but I can't seem to find it so... better late than never - haha. They're fantastic as usual. Been coming here for years before they even became Connect Hearing and the people and service are still wonderful! read more

Got my p90t last Friday and couldn't be more pleased. My old HA's were 4 y.o. so it was time to update them to new technologies. Jason walked me thru the process, getting me acquainted with the Phonak app and it's features. The whole team at Connect Hearing/Pleasanton are fantastic. Thanks! read more

About a year has passed since I went to have my hearing aids checked. I was experiencing some difficulty and thought I should have them checked again. It was logical to go back to them. Karen who had worked on them befor was still there and she remembered me. She took my aids, cleaned them, serviced them and returned them to me with a smile. Again when I asked how much she said no charge. I cannot say enough good things about Pleasanton Connect Hearing. Thank you! read more

I had purchased hearing aids in early 2014 from Kenneth, but had not been back to have them tuned up for over 2 and a half years. I had noticed recently my hearing clarity was not as good as it used to be, so I decided to schedule an appointment with the 'Hearing Connect Team'. I was apprehensive at first, as Kenneth is no longer there, but decided to give the new team a try. I called for an appointment and got a first thing in the morning the next day with Michelle (on 8/30/18). She took me in a few minutes early, and was super nice. No only did she listen to my concerns about my existing hearing aids, she cleaned them, gave me a hearing test, and spent a long time helping me re calibrate and test various sounds with the hearing aids. I left the office and went back to work and immediately noticed improved clarity of voices and other sounds I hadn't heard in some time (like crinkling paper, or keys jingling, etc). Overall, I was very pleased with my visit. I will definitely be going back when I need assistance or new aids (hopefully that won't be too soon as they are expensive). read more

The Service hear is great, They give you all your options without being pushy about it. They also have 45 days for you to make changes. I added Bluetooth to mine and it was well worth it, always available and no waiting in the office. Very Friendly and Helpful. I would recommend anyone go here. read more

I was a Ken Billheimer patient for years and he was the "best"! After many unsuccessful ear surgeries, I wear a Baha Sound Processor. Two weeks ago the titanium screw dislodged from my skull. I had surgery, with Dr. Joseph Roberson, to have another titanium screw surgically implanted. I have to wear "in the ear hearing devices" while the bone heals. I am wearing a loaner Resound hearing aid from Palo Alto. It has been very stressful, especially with crowded situations and background noises. I went to Michelle today for a last minute appointment. She was wonderful! She could not adjust the loaner Resound, but she loaned me a different hearing aid. What a difference in how I hear. Michelle is a kind, caring professional. There are still wonderful, good hearted people in this world. Thank you Michelle!! read more

I'm Visiting from out of state and the dome on my hearing aid Broke. I called my home audiologist and was given the name of this local hearing aid Center that specializes in my particular hearing aid. Lisa was the lady I spoke to and told me that they would be able to help me out. I went to the office, she came to the door and took both my hearing aids and said she will look for a dome compatible with mine. A short time later she returned with both hearing aids that were cleaned and serviced. I offered to pay her for her services but but She told me there would be no charge. I would highly recommend this company and especially Lisa for hearing needs. read more

Today I had my hearing and my hearing aid checked at Connect Hearing in Pleasanton, Ca, by Michelle Fleming, and it was a productive and satisfactory experience. Michelle was most thorough and patient throughout the evaluation. I found her to be knowledgeable, professional and personable in her approach, and I left feeling that I was in good hands with Connect Hearing and with Michelle. I would not hesitate to recommend your facility and Michelle to anyone needing hearing services. read more

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed the problem with my Dad's hearing aids in a short time.

I am down grading my original 2015 review based on the loss of Dr Billheimer from their staff. My 2017 visits to adjust my hearing aids with the replacement staff have actually made hearing worse. I have gone to their office 3-4 times this year and found that the current staff does not have the product knowledge to correctly set my hearing aids. Since I purchased them from this office, I feel cheated that my original Dr. Billheimer is gone and I have no recourse for correcting my problems. I no longer recommend Connect Hearing. read more

I went to two of the audiologists at Hearing Services - Ken and Jacque - and the service I received from both was first rate. They were each patient and exceedingly thorough in identifying the specifics of my particular hearing problems. I was allowed to borrow a set of Phonak demo hearing devices for, get this, almost two months with a couple of interim appointments scheduled where I came in for adjustments based on the performance I was getting. These were top-of-the-line hearing aids and very expensive and I kept on waiting for the hard line sales pitch, but it never came. This told me that the staff at Hearing Services is interested, first, in my welfare. If they get this right, they know they have a return customer (and they do) who will sing their praises and recommend them to others (hence, this review). read more

I have been using Hearing Services since 1993. They are absolutely the best at what they do! They made my initial decision to get a hearing aid easy, removing issues about which one is best or what if I don't like it. They offered a trial period with refund. Of course I never needed it because they assisted me in choosing the best one for my lifestyle and preferences. I have over the years needed adjustments and reforming as my ear changed it's shape. That was no issue as they were able to handle that timely! I later added a second aid for my right ear. Technology had changed significantly since my first aids. I like it so much, I plan on returning to get another one for my left ear. Overall I think have purchased 4 hearing aids from them and would do it again! Local service, truly a caring group of people, professional, yet personable! Thank's Ken! read more
