I wanted to leverage their expertise and experience with the manufacturer to understand if this product line was just not one of the manufacturer's best or whether my expectations weren't reasonable. Perhaps they could help ensure that I received a properly made hammer, or point me towards a better made product that they carry, etc., but no such luck. Instead of addressing any of my questions, despite giving an exact SKU for the product in reference, 'Andy' just threw out a single sentence, blanket defense of the manufacturer and their US wholesaler distributor (from whom he drop ships) and ignored all my other inquiries. If this is how people handle (no pun intended, since we're talking hammers here) a simple question about defects from manufacturing, then I have no desire to do further business with them and I wouldn't recommend anyone else do it either. Super shady, poor communication and seemingly allergic to money at the same time. Not a good combination.
