Kept me in my budget and even worked their extended coverage into it (these are for a big RV and I had a tire failure two years ago from faulty installation, so the coverage made sense). After the manager heard about my previous issue, he told me at pickup that his two most experienced techs did the work. After picking up the vehicle and driving it, the vibration I had been experiencing was completely gone, so I am very happy with the repair itself. There were some frustrations with communication and pricing. My appointment had previously been changed over the phone but apparently wasn't entered into the system, which required additional calls. I was also initially told the vehicle would be ready the same day, but that timeline wasn't met. I also think the fee structure could be more customer-friendly. There is a 3% shop fee for general administrative/service overhead in addition to a separate 3% credit-card convenience fee. I personally think these costs should be clearer upfront, particularly when you're already paying for the service itself. That said, when the vehicle wasn't completed when originally promised, I asked if they could provide a discount, and they did. Most importantly, they did what I brought the car there to have done. All four wheels were repaired and the vibration is gone. Despite the communication issues and additional fees, I am very satisfied with the quality of the actual wheel repair and appreciated them working with me on the final price.

I dropped the car off at noon and was told that it would be seen at 2 PM, but they would try to squeeze me in early. I called for a status update at 5:30 PM, 3 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment time, and my vehicle had not even been touched yet. (The store was closing in just over an hour.) I came by shortly afterwards to grab my keys as I needed my vehicle back. I paid for an Uber both ways and was left with a car with zero work done to it after it sat in their lot for 5 and 1/2 hours. Their excuse was that they were waiting for an "open bay." Zero explanation as to why they scheduled me when there were no available openings. Zero calls to update me on the status of my vehicle. Zero effort to make anything right other than a half assed apology and "I got in later in the afternoon." Beyond total, blatant disrespect to their customer base. My time is valuable and I will absolutely not be entrusting it to this store again. I was treated well by Firestone stores on military bases while I was in the service, and this is a major fall for the corporate brand. I cannot express how dissatisfied I am having lost a day without my vehicle with nothing to show for it.

The diffuser install ended up being a headache. Rather than force it or tell me it wasn't going to work, they reached out to the company that supplied the part and worked with them until it was done properly. It took a lot more time than any of us expected, and they didn't charge me anything extra for it. I also had them PPF the trunk, which came out perfect. I've taken this car to two other detailers before, and the work OGD did was a clear step above both. Good people, and they clearly care about doing the job right. I'll be bringing my car back.
