Other vendors just sent a quote or responded with at least a 12 month backup on garage doors. Dan had door in less than 4 months. He also has a technician that came out and installed the door. Ron was extremely detailed and a perfectionist in his work..... He kept opening and closing to make sure it worked to his satisfaction. I wouldn't use anyone else.

He told me it wasn't his department but he could help me find what I was looking for. He started looking on one end of the tool isle and I went around the corner of that same isle to see if there were more rachet items on the end cap. There was nothing there so I went back to look in the same area that Todd was looking. Unfortunately when I went back Todd was already half way down the hardware isle heading to the back of the store!!!! That's the kind of customer service that is going to have me shopping at Home Depot!!!!!

The end result is your appliance never gets installed or delivered and if you have any issues you cant directly reach out to anyone and get a solution. I dont think its specific to this Lowes, its a corporate thing. I wish I could give a better review of this Lowes, but this is my only experience with them and they are complicit for outsourcing and hiring such a terrible company.

After several phone calls promises not kept, I had to continue calling them after they were to contact me. They stated that they can do a search for the flooring and found some out of state. Again after several not returned calls I received a date for delivery. I informed them I wanted a discount and free delivery. They contacted the general manager and got me 1/2 off delivery. I lost much more money than this. I wasn't able to get my flooring in time for the contractor, so every contractor has to shift their schedules. The person at the store said to me, we waved the shipping cost of $600 for the out of state product. I informed him that they were responsible for that, having screwed up. Kind of lame for him to even state that. We called corporate who refused to compensate, asking for 10% off and free delivery. The company has no communication. The company tries to put it on the purchaser when they make a mistake. All the way to corporate is most unhelpful. You would take a business that almost went under like they did would treat their customers better. I've learned and will go elsewhere in the future.
