After several phone calls promises not kept, I had to continue calling them after they were to contact me. They stated that they can do a search for the flooring and found some out of state. Again after several not returned calls I received a date for delivery. I informed them I wanted a discount and free delivery. They contacted the general manager and got me 1/2 off delivery. I lost much more money than this. I wasn't able to get my flooring in time for the contractor, so every contractor has to shift their schedules. The person at the store said to me, we waved the shipping cost of $600 for the out of state product. I informed him that they were responsible for that, having screwed up. Kind of lame for him to even state that. We called corporate who refused to compensate, asking for 10% off and free delivery. The company has no communication. The company tries to put it on the purchaser when they make a mistake. All the way to corporate is most unhelpful. You would take a business that almost went under like they did would treat their customers better. I've learned and will go elsewhere in the future.

If you hire these guys to put in your counter, be forewarned they do not stand behind their work…read more About 2 months after our quartz kitchen counter install I noticed that any water around the sink was immediately running about 14" to the other side of the counter, caused by a slope in the quartz. I called them and spoke to the guy who did the original templating. You know when someone doesn't want to do something they give you ten reasons why they can't instead of just one? Well that's what was going on. They knew they screwed up but didn't want to fix the slope in the countertop. It was a single big piece of quartz and they didn't want to deal with it. They told me I would be responsible if they cracked it during repair! If you hire these guys my advice is be there with a level and a marble cause you can't trust their word and they won't come back.

I highly, HIGHLY, recommend anyone do their due diligence on finding a reputable company that understands business and will back their service. I had to spend a week touching up/ redoing work they did/didn't complete (I'm no professional) for him to demand full payment. Job was not complete. Point blank. Huge jerk! In retrospect, I would have paid more for a better job and better service! I will also be contacting Better Business Bureau about them as well! Everyone deserves to know how absolutely terrible they are, especially Claremont himself. The owner after all....straight from the top. SMH!
