I was confident and completely comfortable in choosing Triumph and their winning team for my Kitchen remodel. Lloyd, the design architect assigned to my project would make suggestions professionally yet in a very friendly and helpful manner. He is very skilled and knowledgeable at taking an idea that you would like to have in your kitchen and making it work. This is only one example of what he does so well. I had an idea for an area in my kitchen that I thought would work for me and wanted very much to have it. Lloyd made suggestions of what could be done in that area but I was not sure his vision would work. Lloyd was patient with me and understood my limited knowledge of kitchen design. Fortunately for me he did not create the area in the way I was envisioning it. He drew up a design that far surpassed my ideas of what I had been thinking of for that area. I was absolutely blown away with the design that he drew up for me! Originally, I was going go to Home Depot to buy my cabinets, but I quickly realized I needed to work with a local company that specialized in kitchen cabinetry (i.e. - can't get personalized service at the "big box" store), which is why I chose Triumph. Having never done business with Triumph and having a negative experience with another cabinet supplier in a past kitchen remodel, I was a bit skeptical. However, from the moment my wife and I stepped into their showroom I felt welcomed, guided and at ease ( much different experience from the past). The design person who worked with me (Lloyd) was awesome - He was very patient with us and was a tremendous help working with us thru the process from cabinet selection and colors, thru to cabinet installation. Anyone who has gone thru this sort of thing knows there are a lot of choices to be made and almost always some sort of changes or challenges to deal with, and I felt that Lloyd was always there whenever I reached out and he worked extremely hard to earn my confidence and delivered on all that he promised. Lastly, I never felt that this was a transaction that was solely based on a sale or generating revenue. Instead, I felt it was truly about the customer and meeting their needs and expectations (which is precisely why I prefer the local business over the big box stores)! Yes, money/costs are important to anyone building/remodeling on a budget, but at the end of the day that was not the sole driver for my wife and I - How we are being guided thru this process is also very important, especially with something as custom and "personal" as kitchen cabinet and countertop selection ! We cannot say enough about the professionalism of Triumph Interiors from start to finish. Our salesman Lloyd was exceptional and helpful in designing the kitchen and listened to our thoughts and ideas and had the plans to us within a few days. When we arrived at their office to finalize our plans, we were greeted with the energetic and knowledgeable Katy Hakala who also weighed in on the tile choices when we asked her opinion. Once we decided on the design, Lloyd was helpful in helping us to decide exactly what we wanted for cabinets, countertops, tile, and hardware. Additionally, he was always responsive to our e-mails, texts, or telephone calls with our many questions as we waited for installation day. On installation day we met Installer Marlon Stenersen and his assistant Jairus Seppala who went to town assembling the cabinets and island. They were professional and knowledgeable and took care in doing the finish work. It was a challenge to have the new crown molding tie into an existing crown molding in our open concept dining room/living room, but they figured out a way to make it work and look nice. We could not believe that the cabinets were installed and all clean within a day and a half. We only wish we had more remodeling to do, so we can continue to work with this team! We had the absolute best experience of our lives at Triumph. We are building our next house and went to Triumph Interiors in Rindge to pick out kitchen cabinets, granite, hardware, bathroom vanity's, hardwood flooring, and bathroom and laundry room flooring, which was exciting, but can be stressful with two little kids in tow. We walked in to a sign welcoming us by name, cold drinks offered for both us and the kids along with snacks for them, and then the receptionist had coloring set up for the kids and they had a play kitchen for them to play in while we talked with the designer, Kale. We were there for almost two hours and the kids were in heaven the whole time and we didn't even have to look around and wonder where they were or if they were getting into anything they shouldn't be. They didn't want to leave and asked if we could come back next week! Not only was the experience amazing, but Kale was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and detailed. We could see our design drawn on the screen as we made selections to see it all come together. I cannot say enough amazing things about Triumph interiors. We worked with Triumph Interiors 5 years ago to design a kitchen and bathroom for an in-law suite for my wife's mother. Well long story short, this summer our toilet backed up and got stuck running on the second story level of our house, it was running for better part of the day while at work. This ended up leading to more than 3/4 of our house being gutted. Now having a major insurance claim and renovation project, it was a no-brainer for us, we worked again with Triumph Interior for a second time. This time they helped us design, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room, as well as all our mill work and interior doors. Kale and the entire staff at Triumph, from start to even after finish, were outstanding, in help, service, design, questions and even some concerns I had, Kale was prompt and knowledgeable of their product and industry standards. I had a good experience with Triumph and Michael as my designer. Micheal went above and beyond with his efforts for me, designing and providing 3D plans of multiple designs to allow me the opportunity to visualize the layout better in my decision to choose a peninsula vs island. Being a night shift worker, he catered to my odd hours and was flexible with his schedule allowing me the ability to communicate easily with him. Sure Triumph isn't the cheapest kitchen designer/supplier around however you get quality and professionalism for your money. From Katie who greets you with a smile and offers you a beverage to your first name being written on the sign welcoming you when you enter you get a very personalized experience. Triumphs state of the art beautiful display rooms allow you the opportunity to visualize their products and the different options and colors that they offer. Triumph Interiors is located near my home in the town of Rindge. Although I had a limited budget I was considering a big box store for the job. I wasn't considering a local business thinking that it would be over my budget. I am so glad I decided to check them out!! Lloyd and the Triumph team are great to work with. We recently went through Triumph to remodel our kitchen in it's entirety. We were very pleased with their professionalism and timely manner. We were contacted right away after inquiring details on the process. We worked with Klayton, who was great from start to finish. His design was great, and even when we wanted to swap around a few things he had it done for us quickly. He made the process enjoyable and exciting. Delivery took the expected three-four weeks. Delivery was quick and professional in my home. As we opened up the boxes noticing a deep gash in one side panel, triumph quickly replaced that side for us. We decided to install ourselves and were given detailed blueprints to follow. Counters were installed within a week from cabinet installation. Overall we are thrilled with our new kitchen and very happy with our experience with Triumph. read more

I had placed my order, and paid in full in January 2021. Two weeks before my cabinets were to be delivered I was told my countertops were back-ordered 2-3 months. I immediately started searching for an alternative. I reached out to Triumph Interiors. Lloyd immediately called me and started searching for what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable about the available products and arranged for me to visit the supplier to view the sample. Not did he help me find the perfect countertop, but I was able to have them installed a day earlier than the originals were scheduled. A normally complicated process made easy, all the while being most comfortable. A one stop shop" - for all our trim, hardware, doors, kitchen, flooring, bathroom, and even our glass shower door was selected within 2 visits. Shawn curated a unique set up for each item purchased. Our kitchen countertop required a custom cabinet plan, because we wanted a large pull-out drawer for trash along with a large bank of drawers. It came out better than I imagined! Seamless transaction. Purchased my Infra red sauna from Triumph. Was greeted by the sweetest receptionist who welcomed both my mother and I to then showroom. She then introduced me to the sales person I was working with. No one was in a rush, their only concern was ensuring I was confident and happy with my purchase. My only regret is not knowing they existed, otherwise I would have done last years home renovation with them. Good to know kindness is still a thing and they have it.
