Loooove that Cong caphe is in Toronto! The taste and ambiance were identical to Vietnam! For those who know, Vietnamese coffee hits different. The staff wore the same green as I remember. I noticed the same coffee glasses were the same too. Coconut Vietnamese coffee is to dieeee for!! A little taste back home. Loved it.

The coconut coffee slush was super yummy! A light refreshing slush with a strong coffee taste. The brown ice coffee was yummy as well! It was strong and sweet. Lots of seating with beautiful green and brown interior! They do sell Banh mi well. Their menu is a bit pricey but definitely worth a try if you're in the area! Service was fast and efficient!

I have been craving and looking for a coconut Vietnamese coffee since I visited Vietnam many years back. Sooo happy to see Cong open in Toronto. I tried the Coconut Coffee Pho, which had more spices in it. Not my favorite but still tasty. Breakfast bahn mi was recommended to us. I'm not a bahn mi fan so it didn't do much for me. Black coffee was nice and strong! The interior is super cute with a nice olden day Vietnam feel. Service was expected and efficient. Paid street parking and in a busy neighborhood. Would love to have them open one in North York!

The first time I visited Cộng Cà Phê was in Hanoi. It's a popular Vietnamese coffee shop chain in Vietnam, so I was pleasantly surprised to see this familiar coffee shop name in Toronto! The interior of this location was more modern than the ones I visited in Hanoi, but they tried to incorporate some of the same historical elements (drawing from the French colonial architecture and interior decor). The space has some natural light which makes it great for reading or working. The menu offered some of the popular offerings such as different variations of Vietnamese coffee (both cold and hot) - lattes, coconut coffee smoothie, coconut green rice smoothie, coconut mung bean smoothie, etc. Notice a pattern here? Coconut in a lot of the drinks, which I love. The banh mi was just okay.

I visited on a Sunday early afternoon for a quick bite and coffee before the Santa Claus Parade. It was my first time at the cafe and was impressed with the design of the space. There's some couch seating up front by the window and some table seating just past the counter where you place and pick up your order. I ordered a latte, a peanut coffee and lemongrass chicken banhmi with a slice of salted egg yolk roll they source from Lala Bakeshop just down the street. I really enjoyed the peanut coffee, it was also a feature item. The banhmmi was delicious and filled with toppings. The salted egg yolk roll was the perfect treat to wrap up this quick meal. As we approach the winter season, I look forward to more hot drink options. I was looking forward to an egg coffee, which wasn't available.

I was there for my lunch and I had a lemongrass chicken banh mi and coconut coffee! Omg! I love their coconut coffee, it's like a frappe. It tastes so good, you can taste the rich of coconut flavour!! Can't miss it if you are a coconut lover. The staffs are so nice too, patient to explain the difference between the coffees. Just go there and chill, their seats are so lovely to stay there!

On my trip to Toronto and coffee excursion, this cafe and coffee was by far one of the best experiences. The staff is very nice and the space is earthy, quiet, and somehow soothing. White Pho Coffee: 5 out of 5 They have a regular coffee blend and a Pho blend, with the pho blend being the stronger, more herbal blend. I got the white pho, which has a coconut, condensed milk blend with it. The coffee still stands out through the milk blend, though, making this an absolute treat of flavor for people who love flavorful coffee.

Thanks to Social media I noticed there was a Cong Caphe grand opening on Elm and they mention the "second location." Therefore, I had a look to see where the first location was and noticed it was on Bloor which was a better location at that time. I ordered the mung bean drink and really enjoyed it. The downside is this place is quite busy which mean it's hard to find a spot to sit down at times. I was unable to find a place and ended up doing take out. Let just say, I love this place alot that I went to the Elm location before my trip back to Calgary. I really hope they open a location in Calgary soon! I need my fix of Cong Caphe!!!

This cafe was such a pleasant surprise! The cafe was quite crowded when we showed up around 2pm on a Sunday. Most seats were all full, and there was a surprisingly vast amount of seating. There was a small line to order, but overall it moved fairly quickly and orders were prepared in a reasonable time. The interior is decorated to have such a cozy and intimate "vintage" vibe--reminiscent of Asian street stalls between alleys, but in the best way. The menu is actually quite a good size to offer both variety but not overwhelming choice, all with a pretty fair price point. I tried the coconut coffee, which comes in a slushy-like form. However, it doesn't have the same iciness that a slushy would normally have, it's actually quite smooth with very tiny micro ice crystals. The dose of Vietnamese coffee in this drink balances the light sweetness of the coconut, which results in a very delicious not-to-sweet drink. I would highly recommend trying it, and it's really made me want to try more drinks from Cong Caphe!

Service was amazing, the cashiers really helped us decide what to get and were very knowledgeable when our group mentioned our dietary restrictions. The ambiance was also really nice there was a lot of space in the back to study or a cute girls coffee chat! We went for the $1 promo in October but ordered we all ordered stuff from their regular menu instead bc it sounded so good and it did live up to their name! Coconut latte and kumquat ice tea were both stellar. The coconut coffee kinda tasted a bit liked an ice cap with coconut but it was 11/10

CONG CAPHE . . I finally tried the viral coffee from Cong Caphe ! They have a variety of vietnamese coffee and tea, pastries and banh mi. From what I heard from orhers, this cafe is always busy so I definitely lucked out when I went as there were only two people inside. I absolutely loved the decor here ! . . Coconut Coffee 4.3/5 424 Bloor Street West, Toronto . . I tried the Coconut Coffee and oh my goodness! It was sooo delicious. I'm not a huge coconut fan, but the mix of bitter coffee and slightly sweet coconut flavours balanced so well. i love the smoothie like texture of it! I will definitely be back for this drink and try some other items as well.

I really enjoyed the iced white pho coffee drink I got! It was reaaallly great and balanced. Service is friendly but extremely slow! The interior here is really cute and there are quite a few seats if you want to work or chat!

This is a relatively new Vietnamese coffee shop. The staff members wear war fatigues and the decorations bringing you back to the war years. We ordered a Coconut Coffee (medium $6.45). It was a slush. The service was courteous, but it took a long time to get your order. It may not be easy getting a seat. People stay there a long time, working on their laptops. There is free WiFi. The restaurant is not wheelchair accessible. There is one gender-neutral washroom in the basement, and it is not wheelchair accessible. There is paid neighbourhood street parking. Review 2024-001

I was venturing around Union Station for lunch and came across Harvest Clean eats!…read more First impression was that they had a lot of options on their menu that also accommodated various dietary restrictions - lots of vegan and vegetarian options were available. I was craving a warm bowl and their new Spicy Miso Salmon Bowl caught my eye. The price of the bowl was on the higher end (~$22 before tax/tip) but not surprised as we're in the downtown core. I will say .. the portions were very generous and all the ingredients were very fresh! I was pleasantly surprised and am satisfyingly full. They had a lot of different vegetable options mixed in and the rice was nice and warm, reflecting the freshness once again. There were a lot of other items on the menu that I was interested in so I would be keen to return, especially for their smoothies. The ladies at the cash were very quick and helpful when I had some questions about my order. I got my bowl pretty quickly (~11:30 am) but can imagine this place gets busy. Luckily they do let you order in advance so may take advantage of that next time.

There are nine locations in the east coast. I ordered the Carrot Cake ($3.00). It was delicious! Even my son loved it. All their smoothies are vegan-friendly, made with coconut milk. There are no added sweeteners or sugars; they use juice from real fruits (banana or date extract) as sweeteners. Smoothies cannot be changed to take out the sweeteners. I also ordered a Strawberry Banana Smoothie ($9.95). It is the only smoothie where you can choose to have yogurt instead of coconut milk. Of course I had to try the yogurt version, making it thicker. It was quite good. Even though it says banana in the name, you won't taste the banana because it was only used as a sweetener. All their food are vegan-friendly and gluten-free. If it isn't listed as vegan or gluten-free free, just ask them and they can make it as desired. All products are made on-site using fresh, never-frozen ingredients. There is a large kitchen in the back. Their matcha drinks are very popular, selling about 70% of all their drink orders! They have some nice touches. Their napkins are of such a good quality that it is similar to a cloth towel in thickness. But there are no garbage bins since most people order for takeout; just give you garbage to the staff. There are 4 small tables with 8 chairs total. There is lively music playing in the background. There is free WiFi from Union Station. The cafe is wheelchair accessible. There are separate male/female washrooms at Union Station. There is paid neighbourhood street parking and paid parking lots. Review 2025-136
