We did not find this small, family owned shop online, but did during one of our daily walks. It was by far the best that we found in Lucerne, including Bachman's, which is everywhere. Both Hugo and Margrit were very accomodating, though we only speak English, we felt welcomed, and were never rushed to choose. They took the time to answer our questions, and took an interest in us as well. We bought 2 different pastries daily, and split them, just so we could try something new and delicious every day.
