It really added to our experience to sit and chat with friendly staff who could talk us through our choices since we were basically completely new to NA cocktails. I tried The Pear Necessities, which was very bright, full, and fruity. My fiance tried the Dark Crystal, which has NA mezcal and bitters -- he really enjoyed it but those flavors are super overwhelming for me, but that just goes to show they have something for everyone flavor profile-wise. We were also super curious about the different types of NA spirits, so we talked to the bartenders about the differences in "functional" spirits, like nootropics and adaptogens. We were offered a few small samples of some of the lions mane derived spirits, which prompted us to buy a few small bottles off their shelf selection to take home.
