If I could give more than five stars, I would. After way too many unreliable and frustrating experiences with ride share apps, finding this cab company has been an absolute game changer. My job requires me to be constantly on the move across the greater East Bay, meeting clients and sticking to a tight schedule. Being late simply isn't an option. Since switching from using rideshare companies to concord cab, I haven't had to worry once. They are consistently on time, often early, and incredibly dependable no matter the time of day. The drivers are professional, courteous, and know the area extremely well. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The cars are always clean and comfortable, and the entire experience just feels more reliable and personalized compared to ride share. What really stands out is the peace of mind. I can book a ride and trust that it will show up exactly when I need it, without the uncertainty, cancellations, or last minute surprises I dealt with before. If you rely on transportation for work or just want a stress free, dependable ride, I can't recommend this company enough. read more

They arrived on time and driver was super friendly! Better than any other means of transportation I've used

Love their customer service, and reliability. Always on time! They are my go to when I'm in need!

Concord cab has 1 very nice and well mannered driver and she goes out of her way to please her customers she is a very people person and it's very polite her name is Noelle I have taken concacaf a couple times and she is by far and awesome cab driver I would request her any day of the week and every time I take Concord cab now I request her as a customer I would recommend trying to find more drivers like her read more

Great Service, very clean vehicles. It was my first time using them and they were very professional. We will definitely use them again.

Get better drivers ! One of your drivers, white female, cannot drive. Sadly I didn't get the plate number or taxi ID. Don't use the company unless you value your life because they're reckless drivers. They don't signal, they cut me and others off, cutting through traffic thus causing MORE traffic. Service is one thing but driving is your job and you can't even do that. Do better ! Update : I guess they will never do better because they're very rude according to the reviews. The company does not like feedback nor do they pick up their phone. Good luck to those who come across this company. Happy to hear not everyone got a negative encounter, so each their own. But as someone who just drove alongside with one, that alone was a horrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND, just take uber or lyft. read more

I use this service periodically. I find them to be professional. The cabs are clean and comfortable read more

This cab company has a car that drives down my private driveway almost every morning of the week between 5 and 6 AM. Their driver makes a u turn at the end of the drive where he sits with his headlights shining at our bedroom window. The bright lights are very annoying. I've called them to complain and got a answering machine and never got a call back. read more

The service I received was very good, and the driver was very courteous and professional.

The service at this company was BEYOND my expectations, excellent customer service. On Sunday, I tried calling 4-5 different cab companies and this company was the only one that picked up or was able to arrange for a cab to pick me up at 4:30 AM and take me to SFO airport for a 6:40 AM boarding time. The morning of the flight (Monday morning), I received a call at 4:16 AM that the cab was already waiting in front of my house. Although it was pouring rain, that morning, the driver got me to the airport at a reasonable time and I had plenty of time to check in, go through the TSA screening and grab a cup of coffee. I would definitely recommend this cab company to anyone who needs to get to the airport for early flights when Uber/Lyfe and/or public transportations aren't available. read more

We just got to Bart 4 minutes ago. We called at 5:30am and they took 30 minutes to come 1 mile from the Bart station in pleasant hill. I am so pissed I will never use this deaf guy Again! He couldn't hear us. He couldn't even find directions. Have you even heard of GPS you stupid #%* Our whole $1500 vacation rode on the back off a one mile drive. In better off with shuttle service ! read more

Excellent customer service and prompt! I would use Concord Cab company again and recommend to friends and family!

Driver almost ran us over in a crosswalk. Then beeped at us! I would never use this company.

Customer service was very professional and friendly. The car was clean and I was able to get to my destination in a timely manner. I've also recommended them to other people. 10/10 read more

Prompt, courteous and professional. The best way to describe the driver that I was paired up with on my drive to the airport. I am not a big fan of Uber or other tech companies nowadays because they send out teenagers who are just not as responsible behind the wheel in my honest opinion. A cab company that has drivers with permits just gives them an upper edge in my book. Needless to say, thank you Concord Cab for a great experience. I will be requesting your services for all my business trips from now on. Cheers, read more

I am giving them 1 star, because 0 is not an option. I came across 2 gentlemen helping an elderly man up off the ground from the Safeway Parking Lot on Treat & Clayton. The elderly man was not badly hurt and refused medical attention. He decided to not drive since he didn't feel capable to do so in a safe manner. The two gentlemen and I decided to call a cab for him, since he knew where he was going and had more than enough money to pay for it. I googled a cab company and Concord Cab company came up. I requested time cab for the elderly man and they said it would take 15 Minutes. We made sure the elderly mans was ok and we all went our separate ways, I walked into the nail salon in the same strip mall. 30 Minutes passed and I receive a phone call from the cab company asking where I was and that the cab driver had been waiting for over 10 Mintues. I politely informed them that the elderly man had been waiting at the same bench the entire time, since I can see it from the nail salon. I walked out and the cab driver pulled up with an attitude "I don't get out of the car to help anyone, he needs to get in by himself" "You should have called the hospital, not us" he was rude and inconsiderate of treating someone like a decent human being. I informed him that the elderly man refused medical attention, was coherent and had money to pay for the cab. I asked "Do you want to take him, yes or no?" His response "I'll take him, he's a liability" I and another gentlemen helped the elderly man in the cab with his 2 grocery bags he said thank you and off they went. Less than 5 minutes later I received a call from the can company berating me for calling them. "You created a problem for us" "Why didn't you call an ambulance?" "He needs to be able to get out of the car by himself" "Don't call us for something like this again, thank you" and then he hung up on me. I am in complete disbelief with the way the cab company and the driver handled this situation. I will never use them again and will make sure that I let others know of my experience with them. Treat people like you would want to be treated. What if this elderly man was your father, brother, uncle, friend? read more

We live walking distance to BART but it was hot hot hot out and I didn't want to get all sticky. I called for a cab and it was in front of our complex within two minutes. Seriously. The driver must have been around the corner or something. The dispatcher told me ten minutes but I got a call back in two letting me know that the driver was there. The driver was nice and got me there quickly with the air conditioner and music bumping. read more

I've been using concord as my go to for years now. They're vehicles are always clean and comfortable and are very familiar with the area. They make sure they get you where they need to be fast and ok time. They are family owned and have been around for many years. I despise Uber and Lyft, and rather support your local taxi company! Thanks again guys read more

If I could give them a lower score,I would. Made reservations the evening before for a cab at 4:45 am to take us to the concord BART. At 4:30. I called to remind them. They never heard of me. Cab finally arrived at 4:55. The driver pulled onto Concord Blvd in front of a speeding vehicle. His turn was so wide he almost het a oncoming car head on. He then traveled onComcord Blvd in excess of 80mph and took the long route just to increase his fare. DO NOT USE THIS CAB Co. IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE read more

When my car was in need of repair, I was depending on Concord Cab to get me around town. Very quick response and very nice drivers. I'd definitely call again if needed. read more

Horrible service. I called on a Thursday afternoon to schedule a 5am pick up. The lady on the phone was in such a hurry to take my call she didn't ask for my city. I spelled out the street because she couldn't understand. Didn't take my name or my number. 5:10 am comes around the next morning, no cab. So I call the guy who picks up the phone tells me he'll be here in a few minutes 5:22 I get a call from the driver "I'm outside" I verify the address since I've been standing outside for 30 minutes and there's no one here and of course they have him the wrong street name (even tho I spelled it out). 5:31 Finally my cab gets here. Good thing I allotted 15 extra minutes to my schedule just in case they proved me right about being late. I was really hoping they would prove me wrong. Do they not understand people have flights to catch? Meeting to get to? I can't wait until über or lyft replace all of these incompetent, unprofessional, unreliable cab companies. Side note. The cab driver was nice after speaking with him about the issue I am positive it was the dispatchers fault read more

I called for a cab to my residence around 3:30 in the afternoon. I was told the cab would arrive in 10-15 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes for the cab and no show, I called my Doctor office to reschedule, and had to negotiate my way out of a $50 cancelation fee. Now I will not be able to see my doctor until a month later. After waiting in sweltering Concord heat, in pain because of an ovaraian cyst rupture, I went back inside. A full 39 minutes after I called, I received a cell phone call from the cab company. He said the cab was here. Baffled, I told him that I already canceled my appointment because I thought they were not coming (a reasonable assumption after 39 minutes). He said "at least you could have called and canceled!" as if it was my fault he was 39 minutes late. When I explained that I was sorry but I didn't think there was a need to call a cab that wasn't coming to tell it to not come, he hung up on me mid sentence. And the rudeness and blaming, that's why I this company gets the bad review. Horrible company. read more

Very friendly drivers very prompt and professional. I needed to be at the airport at 7 am and the driver was here 2 hours early just to make sure i was there on time. Most places wouldnt really care but they wanted to make sure i made it on time. I definitely recommend them. You wont be dissappinted. read more

I don't live in Concord, so I was blown away when the driver asked me in a roundabout way how to get to my destination. I'm not fond of how he had it entered on his GPS but still proceeded to look it up on his phone WHILE HE WAS DRIVING. Other than that, he was a nice guy but I'd rather have an asshole drive me around safely and know where he's going! read more

If I knew public trans sucked so bad out here in Conc-turd I wouldve probably never moved out here. A long bus & BART commute to Cal State East Bay sounds appealing these days. However, now that Im here & have to stick it out a lil while longer Im glad to have found a great cab company. I dont care what time or how far or how close they have always delivered in a timely friendly manner. The only thing that would be nice is a hand with the bags; once in a while. Either way Im sticking with them til Im outta this hell hole! read more

The WORST CAB and driver I've ever had ever. No professionalism, the car itself super stinks and I was charged $20 from gregory lane, pleasant hill to walnut creek bart! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Honestly I think concord cab is one of the most customer friendly businesses out here. When I call in for a cab, the person on the phone greets me so politely. Whenever I need a ride somewhere I can always rely on them. The highlight of every experience with concord cab are the drivers. They actually ask you about how your day was and are never on the phone like the other cab company drivers. They make sure the drive is worthwhile and make it so you wanna just keep driving with them forever. Every time I get to my destination I'm sad! Wish I could talk with them more!!!!! read more

I called for a cab this evening told the lady on the phone where I was at and where I was going. She responded a driver will be there to pick you up. The driver came picked us up took is us down the road the fare was 4.50. Which I was going to give him 10.00 anyway just because the ride was short. My mom can't walk to far that's why I called the cab. He took my 20.00 and was sitting there thinking. He said you know there is a minimum ride of 15.00 dollars. I said since when? I told him that's not true I've taken the cab several times and its only been 10.00. He said well this time I will only charge you 10.00. I got my change and closed the door. As he was going on about the price of gas. I called their number to see if that was true and the dispatcher said yes. I called Yellow cab which I always take anyway just they weren't available. That driver told me it's illegal for them to tell you there is a minimum charge. I know there is if you use a credit card but not to ride. If that's the case why don't they have it posted about a minimum charge. Horrible experience! read more

Absolutely atrocious service. Driver was 45 minutes late to pick me up to go to my own daughters wedding! I am disgusted with the service I received. I would never recommend Concord Cab to anyone, and to be completely honest, they shouldn't even be in business. I should have read the reviews before choosing this cab company. I personally would have rather walked 20 miles than sit in this filthy car for an hour. read more

It was on Monday when my friend's car broke down and I still had to get to my job interview on time. I immediately called Concord Cab and was quoted a 10 minute wait but only waited 5! Thank you Concord Cab for helping me get my new job!! Excellent service! 5 Stars! read more

I've used their service only a handful of times so far. Every time I've called for them, I've had no problem with their time or getting from point A to point B. Their rates are actually a little less expensive compared to the competition. Hopefully I wont need a taxi in the future, but if I do I know who I'm calling. read more

One of their drivers just ran me off the road on my own residential street. I had my 3 year old grandson with me when this idiot passed me. I was forced to move over to the curb and was just lucky that there was no cars parked there. If I were a fare in the cab I would insisted that he pull over and let me out. This person is a disgrace to his company and very well will have them in a lawsuit soon. I plan to pursue this situation with his/her employer. read more

Amazing cab service! I had a very important work meeting in the morning and my car would not turn on. I called them up because i could not afford to miss this meeting! I called San Antonio Taxi and was told there was no one in the area to pick me up, so they gave me a different number to call. I called the number and was greeted by a gentleman. He showed up right away ( wait time, 5 minutes). He was very friendly, courteous and came to my help within minutes. Thank you. After spending over 7 hours at a car dealership, I was already frustrated and hadn't eaten all day. Great service!!! Defitnetly worth the price versus having to call an Uber. read more

I took Concord Cab to the Oakland Airport after visiting family in Clayton, CA. Made a reservation the night before for 8:30AM, and told them there were two of us and luggage. The cab arrived on time (a few minutes early actually). The cab was large enough for the two of us and our luggage (a minivan). Our driver was friendly and courteous, and took an interest in our getting to the airport in a reasonable amount of time! When we hit some slow traffic, he was assuring that it was rush hour and that once we got on the freeway, we would make good time and arrive with no problems. We got to the airport promptly. Will definitely use Concord Cab again! read more

Concord Cab came to my rescue when my last minute, late night plans fell through and I couldn't get anyone else to help me. As a country woman traveling in the East Bay alone at night, I was afraid of getting stranded. Concord Cab delivered me promptly and safely to my far-away destination. Obviously I paid and tipped the driver, but I also owed (and gave them) them a heartfelt thank you for their responsiveness and empathy. read more
