The night we were leaving, we had them booked for 8:30pm. It's 8:45pm, and they still have not arrived. I called them, and Roger answered and he called the driver, and the driver said he got a FLAT TIRE and got in an accident on the road. Why didn't this driver call Roger and let him know, so he could inform us? Anyways, Roger arrived at 9:15 and took us to the airport. Bob's a real gentleman who helps you get to where you need/want to be. He is really down to earth and easy to talk to which you don't find too often in Taxi drivers. He is a great conversationalist. I really feel at ease talking to him. Sometimes I feel like Bob's really a understanding neighborhood bartender you can easily chat with that happens to drive a Taxi.
