I fell in love with a Mediterranean style home with 12 feet high ceiling. I would have bought it because it was a love at first sight. Thanks to John's inspection I realized the home that was built and owned by a builder actually cut many corners. John was quite thorough. He pointed out the water heaters on the attic that didn't have emergency drain pipe connected to the outside. If it were to overheat, it would have flooded the house.
