The gentleman I spoke to said he was reaching out to the nurse in the area, and that I would have someone here by six or seven. I received an intake form to fill out and I did. A while later, I get an email saying, oh, we could try to book you for this coming friday. I called their office and I was told that they almost never book for the same day. After reaching out to the nurse again, they said that she had no availability until friday. What a total screw up on the part of the person I initially spoke to. I don't think they have any idea what they were doing.And the person who said that?They would give me the refund and apologized could barely speak english and sounded like she was about thirteen years old. I had a poor experience with Concierge MD. After using their NAD nasal spray, my skin tone darkened significantly. When I reported this to Nurse Practitioner Alyson Y, she was completely dismissive, showed no concern. I brought research I had done using ChatGPT, and instead of engaging with the information, she told me not to use it, informed me that she has been practicing for 9 years never saw this problem. and dismissed the conversation. This is not how a medical professional should treat a patient with legitimate concerns. Extremely disappointed. I have now seeked the advice from an endocrinologist who suggested I take a break from the nasal therapy and my complexion is gradually coming to its normal state. read more

If you think, as I did, that this business is a solution for greater convenience, safety, and standard of care... think again. I had to ask twice if I had an appointment at the time I requested - no phone, text or email notification. The tech showed up a little late - which would have been fine if he had treated me with any kindness or compassion; instead it felt like I was an unpleasant task he had to rush through, and he was neither friendly nor gentle. I also found out that he was vaccinated but not boosted - so much for the idea that paying a premium price for a home visit would ensure both quality of interaction and maximal safety! The time came for a follow up EKG, but between the subpar service and the fact that I got zero response to the feedback I gave, I figured I'd look around. I was so glad that I did; I found the same service for less than half the price, with quick, friendly and professional appointment-making (at a savings of HUNDREDS of dollars). It's too bad that the fantastic *mobile* outfit has "X-ray" in their business name, as that's probably why I overlooked them on the first pass - but I will definitely look to the X-ray guys first in the future, skip giving Concierge a third chance, and save myself a lot of money and trouble. Signed up for telehealth with them based on a personal recommendation and it was a bad experience. I had no success in getting a prescription they said they would be able to get me. Meanwhile I knew some other people personally that signed up and were able to get their prescription relatively easy and quickly. Was not happy!! Never again! Normally I would take my mother for her flu shot to her Dr. However, because of covid and her age, I decided to have this mobile company come to her Porch to be given an appropriate senior dose Flu shot. I specifically reminded them that she was 87 and reminding them It was a senior dose. When the nurse got to her house she gave her 1 flu shot then asked mom if she wanted her 2nd shot in the same arm or the opposite. Mom said opposite. Later in the day I called my mother to ask if they had shown up yet, and my mother responded yes!, and told me how and where they did it. She continued to tell me, and so then I asked why did you get 2 shots, And she said I don't know maybe that's how they are doing it this year. I then called MD Concierge, and they responded that 2 regular flu shots equaled 1 senior dose. I was not convinced and called my local Cvs. The pharmacist was appalled, and said 2 flu shots do not = 1 senior dose shot. Pharmacist told me to call and check in mom and continue to watch her for low risk but still a risk of a reaction such as a seizure. I was also advised to report this company. This was a crime in my eyes. I put my trust into this mobile Dr., and I can't believe they have put my mother in danger. I am now waiting for my moms primary care Dr. to call me back. Very stressful, and very worried. I will be reporting this incident to the Health Bureau. read more

This was magical. I have autoimmune issues, am constantly dehydrated and can't get an IV prescription to save my life but I got Covid- called this place and they came in with the drip and it not only took all my Covid symptoms away but all my daily health crap away too. It only lasted 2-3 days but wow, I felt like a million bucks. I had them back for just a regular IV because I forgot what it was even like to feel good after all these years. I think I might spend the money and get in touch with a doctor house call or diagnostic even. I'm not made of money and don't do IV's as like a fad- I truly need them and am so blessed that even though I can't afford this every day- that I could afford it at all. It was so easy to book. It was so fast. They are real nurses that generally do this as a second job. The nurse that did my Covid IV told me not to feel bad not trying to go to the hospital, she said I probably would have waited 12 hrs and then still not been able to get it which was my worry. It was worth its weight in gold to do it at home. She came into the bedroom and did it while I was in bed and everything. Both nurses I've had have been proffesional, fast, quiet and respectful. I can't say enough good things, the only thing is I wish this was available to all kinds of people of different incomes, it's so sad that we don't have this quality of care for everyone. I run a home care business, and I wanted to help someone get tested for Covid without leaving her home. This company charged my credit card January 6th and sent me a receipt. It is now January 11th. They never called to schedule with the client, never returned my phone calls or emails asking if they do still plan to show up to the client's home. I found myself in a pinch and decided to spend the money on Concierge MD to get a COVID PCR test. The website was straightforward, and detailed the difference between a rapid test and a PCR test. So far so good. I went with the PCR test because they said I would get the results back in 24-48 hours max. I made the appointment on the 21st of December, paid the over $250 for the test, and not to mention the $75 lab fee....like I said this is expensive, but the Los Angeles free testing sites were booked, and as I was feeling a bit under the weather, I couldn't wait until the 26th (thats when the city sponsored testing sites could get me in.) The appointment was made, a very friendly nurse showed up the morning of the 22nd (even though she came at the wrong time because the company gave her someone else's appointment time) and administered the test. She informed me that most likely I would get the results in 24 hours since I lived close to the lab and she was headed there straight away. Days passed without a word. I began to think that I was unlucky and that my test results hadn't come back in time before Christmas shut down offices. Lo and behold, when I finally reached out to Concierge MD after repeatedly texting, emailing and calling, they finally got back my results on the 28th of December, and the report stated a negative test that had been reported to them on the morning of the 23rd, when they were in the office! They simply failed to contact me with the results when they got them, and seemingly wouldn't have even on the 28th if I hadn't reach out to them first. For the price, and considering its a "concierge" service, I won't be using them again, and wouldn't recommend. I ended up getting the results later than if I had gone with the city sponsored testing site. read more
