So happy you came to the neighborhood. We dined at Conchiglia last night and everything was terrific. We made a reservation. We were seated on time. The service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The food was dynamite. We started with the beef carpaccio and the burrata. Both delicious. The star of our entrees was the pear and ricotta tortellini. Fantastic!!! We also got the stuffed shells, the pasta with the veal ragu and a pepperoni pizza. All extremely delicious. Highly recommend everythig we had. We can not wait to come back and being only 2 blocks from my house, I think we will be back a lot. Thank you, everyone at Conchiglia. My only complaint is that you apologized to a Karen who wrote a stupid review. She's a seaward kind of person. Y'all are doing great. read more

My bf and I came here the other night to try this new restaurant out. They did a fantastic job decorating the place. It looks really clean and nautically themed. It's hard to believe it's the same space we used to visit for the previous restaurant before them, it seems bigger! To eat we ordered a couple things to share: the Duval Sunset Mezze, the Portabello Wellington Al Forno, the La Conchiglia Verde and the Amalfi Lemon Veal. The Duval Sunset Mezze was cute in theory but wasn't really practical. It was just a lot of bread and then you had to lift it up to get the dips in/underneath it. The flavors were good though I would say I would just rather the bread be separate to avoid the mess of eating the dish this way. The Portabello Wellington al Forno was our favorite dish we tried. This was flakey and flavorful and the arugula salad on it was refreshing. We almost got another one it was a hit. The La Conchiglia Verde (kale salad) was very bland and not memorable. The dressing was good but it barely had any. Wanted to order extra dressing but the waitress didn't really come to our table much to check on us. Lastly we got the Amalfi Lemon Veal entree. The veal was cooked to perfection, you could cut it with your fork but the flavor was bland. The potatoes it came with were perfect though. Crispy on the outside but soft inside. I would come back and try some other items (and get the Portabello Wellington again). read more

Relatively new restaurant and crowded during prime time dinner hours. Sitting in back of restaurant in garden area is tight seating and not enjoyable listening to other's conversations. Cacio e Pepe transported me back to Rome. Creamy, cheesy, and not overly peppery. Amalfi lemon veal was just ok. The rosemary potatoes were average. The chicken was incredibly juicy and carrots some of best I've ever had. I will say though the chicken is salty from the brine, so consider when ordering. Selena was server. We had dinner elsewhere that evening, but by the time we were heading back to our apartment, we found ourselves craving dessert. As we walked by Conchiglia, we were drawn in by the atmosphere. We didn't realize at the time that it had only opened a few days earlier. The posted menus didn't list dessert, but we decided to ask the host anyway. Glad we did. Food: The regular dinner menu sounded fantastic, with a wide range of options including pizza, pasta, salads, beef, chicken, and seafood. It's definitely a place we'd like to return to for a full meal. Since we were only there for dessert and there was no printed dessert menu, our server did a great job describing the options. We decided on the Midnight Chocolate Soufflé and the Olive Oil Vanilla Cake. Both were excellent choices. The chocolate soufflé was dense and rich, with some pleasant surprises inside, including Bordeaux cherries. The olive oil cake was incredibly moist, with added texture and flavor from crushed almond cookies and a bright lemon cream. Service: Our server was attentive and welcoming from the start, bringing water and explaining the dessert options clearly. Even though we were only there for dessert, we never felt like an afterthought. The staff seemed genuinely interested in making sure our brief visit was enjoyable. Atmosphere: The space is beautiful. Both the indoor and outdoor seating areas looked inviting. The restaurant has an upscale feel while still being comfortable and relaxed. Everything felt fresh, polished, and thoughtfully designed. The service was spectacular! Our server was playful, she understood that we were about the experience. Unfortunately the food fell a bit short. Although a new restaurant they really need to tighten the recipes together, especially something called flavors. Season your offerings, please. On the breaded veal chop, it needs to be crispy, not oily and soggy. Constructive criticism, I want you guys to do well. My husband and I dined at Conchiglia on Friday, 5 June. What a great experience! We dined at the bar under the inverted boat entrance chandelier centerpiece. The decor is relaxed and inviting with inside and outside dining for large or small groups. We had the Portobello Wellington, couscous di mara allo zafferano, and the Pear & Pine pasta. Highly recommend each. The Pear/Pine Nut pasta is not something I would have normally tried I but took a risk. Worth it! Portobello in the Wellington is a light "meaty" meal for one or a great for a share. Bottom line: Go there for inside/outside ambiance and top shelf, fresh ingredients and service. read more

We get this a new establishment but after two visits we will offer this - overall food is good but still needs some work. The "new" bread service is just odd - like a calzone with nothing in it. Biggest complaint is the wait staff - they seem totally disengaged. No water refills and it takes forever to get their attention when the meal is over. Very good, correct italian food. pizza bianca and pastas were great. steak, carpaccio, and fritto misto were good but nothing to ring home about. ambience and decor was super nice, the outdoor patio is lovely. our waiter wasn't the friendliest, though, and we never got bread for the table despite other tables receiving it. also, they were out of many drinks the night we came. they also failed to acknowledge the birthday note on our reservation, despite us calling ahead to remind them of the surprise. overall good experience but nothing too special. read more

What a delightful dinner at Conchiglia! Our party of 6 dined on the beautiful patio. Tables are not too close together and the blue and white umbrellas provide ample shade for dining. Our service was attentive and prompt. We enjoyed the arugula salad, that was large enough to share, as well as the Conchiglia Comfort. The Amalfi Lemon Veal had our guest struggling to not lick the plate. The pepperoni Storm had 6 generous slices, and our waiter was kind in adding a side of Calabrian Chili, that kicked things up in heat...delish. One of the best meals we had during our stay in key west! Food took a while to get out, but it was worth the wait! The drinks were good, the server (Diana) was super attentive and engaging. The mezze appetizer needs some work, but the pizza capricciosa and couscous di mare allo zafferano were incredible! I was astonished at the amount of seafood in that tagine!!! My wife happened upon Conchiglia while visiting for our anniversary from Charleston South Carolina. We were greeted by the best host very friendly and got us in right away, and sat us at a nice quiet table in their garden area. Our server was Renata she was amazing and did a great job, very helpful and friendly. My wife had the tortellini and I had the crispy pepperoni pizza, both were delicious. Went for the new Brunch menu and it was great. From the tiramisu pancakes to the roasted eggplant and the black truffle cream pizza. What a variety of food that you can have from 8:00-2:30. Great new Italian restaurant on Duval, just opened in February 2026. We ordered fritto misto as an appetizer, then split a pepperoni pizza and the tagliatelle with veal ragu. All 3 were excellent, we also ordered a bottle of Valpolicella which was very nice (and reasonably priced). We ate in the back outdoor area which was very nice and also very quiet. For dessert we split the olive oil cake which is almost a lemon pound cake on mascarpone. Our waiter Kyle was great, very attentive and funny. I would highly recommend. read more

We had dinner there tonight and it was unbelievably wonderful. The food was extraordinary, as was the service. I had the veal and my husband had the ribeye. They were both flawless. The ambiance is simple and lovely. Unfortunately, I won't be able to write any more reviews as my husband has already made up his mind that we will be eating here for the next four nights. We had a party of 4, and were very excited to try this new place. We had made reservations far in advance, however we sat waiting for over 45 minutes (ended up leaving). They blamed it on a "power outage" and issues with their system, but this should have been resolved before we showed up. We were okay waiting a few minutes, however after over 40 minutes, we had to leave. While it was not expected, you would have thought that a brand new business would have done something to accommodate us, such as a free drink or something, however we weren't even offered water while we waited. Overall, thought we were very excited to try the new place, their poor customer service was worthy of a yelp review. womp womp. read more
