The served drinks promptly and expeditiously upon boarding the sailboat. The band was lively and sounded great. We stayed on the top level of the boat and the crew walked around and refilled drinks which was so nice. We didn't have to walked down to the bar and could just enjoy the weather, the sailing and the view! Kudos to Captain Willie and his entire crew for being such a delightful group. They deserved all the tips!

Anne acted like she was dragged off the street, no manners, just snide remarks, eye-rolls, and forehead smacks at a fellow tourist fumbling with their wetsuit. No help getting in the wavy water; instead, she snaps at my struggling wife: "Why do people who can't snorkel even try?" (I'd love to see her skydive after 10 mins of instructions!) Todd was meh, nice enough but obsessed with tips, yapping about it nonstop. Snorkeling itself was great, but these two don't belong in service. Avoid!

While on your way to the parasailing point, you can relax and enjoy the breeze, the sun, and the blue water. They also play great music on the boat. The staff was very nice. Our guide cracked some jokes that helped me get my nerves down. We decided to purchase the pictures package and I'm glad we did because they captured great pictures of this moment. These memories will last a lifetime. I loved that they were able to upload the pictures to my phone quickly after arriving back to the dock!!

We used this company for parasailing and jetskiiing and had a great time! I booked online less than…read morea week in advance and their prices for both activities were among the lowest of all the companies I looked at. The kicker is when I signed up for jet skiiing, they offered me 20% off the early bird parasailing at Smathers Beach. It had to be on the same day so we did parasailing in the morning and jetskiing in the evening. Early bird wasn't that early as it was scheduled for 10am. We arrived around 9:15am as it said to arrive 45 minutes early. This was not necessary and the address shown was near where the shack was on the beach (there are 2) so they pointed us to the right one. The wait was lovely on the sand and rocky jetty that goes out. Our parasailing experience was great as there was only one other party with us on the boat. We were all up in the air for the same amount of time and I felt like it wasn't too short. The view was nice and it wasn't too cold that early in the morning. We did jetskiing at 4pm and the directions for parking were great! It was in the back of a nice hotel and after a short safety demo, they asked us who wanted to go fast so they could order the group. After one short run, they reordered us for the optimum ride. Being second in line, we cruised around at top speed (the jet skis are governed) and did donuts while we waited for people to catch up. It was awesome! We traveled 25 miles (I tracked it on my running app) and went all around the island, hitting key spots. After we got back, we were allowed to use the nice pool at the hotel they operate out of, which was a nice touch!

I chose to do the all watersports activity because I've done it many years ago with sebago watersports in 2018 with my family and our group of 20 people, so I was excited to go back with all my friends for my birthday and don't get me wrong we had a great time but it did feel very sales pitchy and a little chaotic. Let's start with the good: - great lunch - staff was nice - 2 different boats for parasailing -Cannon and Rachel for parasailing were great ! - jet skii instructor (not sure of his name, very cool guy), and he showed us a stingray -captain was amazing and very personable - small group on this day due to the weather which meant not so much downtime waiting for the next thing to do- which was amazing Now let's dive a little into the not so great: - we were forced to tip before getting on the boat about $15 per person which isn't crazy, but it does suck to be told you have to tip before even getting the service - our guide, not sure of her name but she was really nice but unfortunately really unorganized, we were told to split into two different groups since our group was quite large, which we did and while one group was off parasailing or jet skiing the other was left behind to utilize the banana boat & floaties, which were cool but we kept being told we were next for parasailing and to get ready, about 2-3x, which led to us getting out of the water and waiting for the boat that would come take us to go jet skiing or parasailing, but then kept getting pushed back until we were the last group to go. Thankfully we all got to partake in the activities but I can't imagine how chaotic it would've been if the boat had been at full capacity which is around 120 people versus on that day which was 30-45. I think it would've been nice to get an exact time within a 5-10 minute time frame to know when we should get back on the boat and wait for the smaller boat, as we had to get out of the water 2-3x just to be told the boat wasn't back or that we weren't next. - our friends who went parasailing first did not have a good experience with the crew and thought they were kind of rude Overall we all had a great experience, but I do wish they made some tweaks in organization and friendliness of some of the staff.
