This review is strictly for the crew on 10/4 for the do it all watersports. I came with my friends to celebrate my 30th birthday and we were a pretty large group- a group of 15. I chose to do the all watersports activity because I've done it many years ago with sebago watersports in 2018 with my family and our group of 20 people, so I was excited to go back with all my friends for my birthday and don't get me wrong we had a great time but it did feel very sales pitchy and a little chaotic. Let's start with the good: - great lunch - staff was nice - 2 different boats for parasailing -Cannon and Rachel for parasailing were great ! - jet skii instructor (not sure of his name, very cool guy), and he showed us a stingray -captain was amazing and very personable - small group on this day due to the weather which meant not so much downtime waiting for the next thing to do- which was amazing Now let's dive a little into the not so great: - we were forced to tip before getting on the boat about $15 per person which isn't crazy, but it does suck to be told you have to tip before even getting the service - our guide, not sure of her name but she was really nice but unfortunately really unorganized, we were told to split into two different groups since our group was quite large, which we did and while one group was off parasailing or jet skiing the other was left behind to utilize the banana boat & floaties, which were cool but we kept being told we were next for parasailing and to get ready, about 2-3x, which led to us getting out of the water and waiting for the boat that would come take us to go jet skiing or parasailing, but then kept getting pushed back until we were the last group to go. Thankfully we all got to partake in the activities but I can't imagine how chaotic it would've been if the boat had been at full capacity which is around 120 people versus on that day which was 30-45. I think it would've been nice to get an exact time within a 5-10 minute time frame to know when we should get back on the boat and wait for the smaller boat, as we had to get out of the water 2-3x just to be told the boat wasn't back or that we weren't next. - our friends who went parasailing first did not have a good experience with the crew and thought they were kind of rude Overall we all had a great experience, but I do wish they made some tweaks in organization and friendliness of some of the staff. read more

Both tour guides were great! They did a good job of not only ensuring we all felt secure and equip to operate the jet skis safely, but also made sure had fun doing so. Would highly recommend this tour through Sunset Watersports anyone visiting Key West! read more

6/17/2025 Parasailing 10 STARS if I could We went parasailing at 2pm with Rachel and Ty. They made the experience unforgettable. They were super welcoming, and gave clear safety instructions that put us at ease...I'm usually afraid of heights, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat. You could tell they prioritized safety and fun, and that balance made all the difference. And wow, what a view...breathtaking. My husband and son went up first. They had an incredible time. Then my twin girls and I rode what seemed to be 1,000ft was surprisingly calm and peaceful, and the dip into the ocean was so much fun (thanks Ty), we were laughing the whole time!! They do ask first if you want to get wet..which I thought was very thoughtful. I would definitely book a tour again with this company! Thank you very much for some great memories! Great way to spend the evening! captain Madison and her girls were great! They told you everything going on step by step. Felt safe with them! The only thing we did not like was the amount of overly drunk college kids hollering and acting ridiculous on top of cussing up a storm. We did the dolphin, snorkel, and sunset cruise. The one was trying to open the bathroom door while my daughter was inside, another one was getting too out if control with his actions trying to touch younger girls and forcing pictures, etc. The one swearing was throwing things. It was out of hand at times and they really should limit the alcohol intake or turn people who are sH*t faced away for safety and enjoyment of others with their families. Otherwise saw some dolphins... swam on a reef although didn't see much of anything, and enjoyed sunset home. read more

From start to finish this was an excellent experience. Clear direction, boat was fast! Let me tell you, our guide Jeff was a class act. Retired Coast guard so we were in good hands. It is a very short snorkel trip and the morning "breakfast" was only packaged muffins and plain Cheerios. It is all you can drink on the way back but the line is slow and the beer was warm and half foam. The boat is nice and the staff are friendly. I have done snorkel cruises in Hawaii and Cabo, this was my least favorite. read more

My fiancé and I booked a last minute Safari Eco trip with Sunset and it was amazing. It was our first time driving a boat and our guide Jimmy was so patient, and helpful with teaching us how to drive our boat. Jimmy took us out to a beautiful area of mangroves and a sandbar where we were able to get out to swim and snorkel. It was different then anything I've ever done and it was such a great experience. Bridgette was an incredible tour guide. The weather was coming in so we couldn't go to the reef but we were able to see a sandbar and snorkel around it. So much fun! I recommend bringing a little snack like a bag of chips and some water but don't worry they have a little store at the dock in case you forget! Definitely worth booking! read more

We did our tour with Jeff and had an absolute blast! Since there was some inclement weather coming later in the day, it was just my husband and I on the tour, and Jeff made sure we felt safe and comfortable with what we were doing and truly customized our experience. My family and I participated in the ECO tour speedboats today. Mike was our guide and he was awesome. I am a Disabled Veteran and I was some difficulties getting in and out of the boat. Mike took the time and allowed me the extra time to adjust. Although I am a very experienced boat operator, I am unfamiliar with the waters and shallow channels.
