My first time trying this location and it was just as good as the original location. I ordered the fried grouper with cabbage and rice and peas and of course you can't forget the rum cake. The service was great and the food came out grab and hot. There sitting inside and plenty of parking outside. Definitely give them a try if you're ever in Doraville or Riverdale.

It's a quaint and intimate spot where you can get food that sticks to your rib pretty quick. I wanted to try conch, but chickened out and ordered conch fritters. If ai had to describe it, I'd say it was like calamari inside of a hush puppy I liked it, but I started thinking I should have gone with a boulder choice, like the conch soup or conch salad. They sell wings and all of the usual, like plantain, oxtail, and curry chicken. The customer service is good as well. I had just driven a few hours and it was nice to see they had a clean restroom. Thanks for a pleasant dining experience.

Stopped here randomly because I didn't get conch while I was in the Bahamas a month ago. This is about as good as you'd get on the islands! Be prepared to wait about 20 minutes for things to be cooked. But at least you know it's fresh! The staff was friendly as well.

I'm half Bahamian, and from Miami, Florida. So, Conch Heaven has always been one of my favorite Bahamian restaurants when I want conch. :-) I've been to 3 locations, but this one only for conch salad and it was delicious. My favorite location is the one in Miami, across the street from Miami Dade College. But, I was in the area over here so I decided to pick up some conch salad. The conch salad was full of large pieces of conch. I will definitely be back to get me some fried conch and conch balls/fritters.

Very quaint, nice place. Walked in to order for take out. 15 mins and food was still hot after arriving home. Conch fritters were good. A nice crunchy bite with a soft, fluffy interior. Jerk chicken was flavorful and had a perfect kick of spice. It was my favorite dish! The oxtail was really good. Quite tender and flavorful. I liked the sauce it came with. Caribbean food really does remind me of Asian foods. There were many similarities I can detect here. I really like it and would love to try other places to compare. In short, it's flavorful and delicious! Would return.

Service? Amazing. Nice gentleman with a warm smile. Food was out in 7 minutes tops. The Food? I would commit a crime just to have this next to my house in Michigan. Flavorful, saucy, and falls right off the bone. Juicy. Delicious. Reasonably priced. Some of the best Jamaican my husband and I have had in the US.

Cracked Conch Dinner w Rice and Peas (under the conch), cabbage(top right) and plantains(tlp left). About $24.00.

"Forgiveness" is defined as "an intentional decision to let go of resentment and anger..." Well, perhaps not SO dramatic here BUT I have TOTALLY FORGIVEN Conch Heaven for their (eh hem) "indiscretions" LOL I really craved my grandmother's Bahamian cooking and since driving to Miami was not so convenient, Conch Heaven would have to satisfy. Now the last visit was a total disaster! No rice and peas (traumatizing), among other things, just bad. Today? Spot on! They were open on time, prompt and ready to serve some great food. The service was excellent too. I ordered my usual cracked conch, rice and peas, cabbage and plantains. All was good but the plantains needed a little work. They were not necessarily bad, just on the dry side. I used a little lemon juice, brown sugar and cinnamon to "revive" or "Cuban" them up LOL and they were great! I wanted to get conch fritters but did not. They seemed a bit pricey but practically everything is now. Not to worry, my cracked conch dinner was MORE than enough. For about $24.00 out the door with tax, not bad. So, thank you Conch Heaven for the great food and vast improvement(s).

When we arrived, I realized the location used to be the old Hong Kong Supermarket -- only longtime locals would probably remember that. The layout inside was pretty interesting. There was a Te'amos milk tea shop in the middle, Lao Szechuan on the right, and the hot pot & BBQ restaurant on the left. The staff greeted us warmly and quickly helped us get seated. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was that they offered freshly made milk teas and fruit teas instead of bottled drinks. The drinks were decent and refreshing, especially for balancing out the richness of the meal. Each person gets their own mini hot pot, which I really liked because everyone could customize their own soup base and ingredients. We chose a variety of broths including mushroom, spicy mala, tomato, and herbal soup. Using the iPad ordering system, we basically ordered one of everything from both the hot pot and BBQ menus. The food came out surprisingly fast, and they even used robots to deliver dishes to the table, which was smooth and efficient. For hot pot, my personal favorites were the fatty beef slices, lamb, beef tripe, black tripe, tofu skin rolls, squid flowers, enoki mushrooms, corn, lotus root slices, kelp knots, fish balls, and beef tendon balls. Everything tasted great with the broth and my favorite sesame dipping sauce. On the BBQ side, the standout items for me were the cumin lamb, beef tongue, chicken cartilage, short ribs, and squid. We weren't exactly BBQ experts, so some meats weren't cooked perfectly, but the flavor was still really enjoyable -- and the best part was that you could keep ordering as much as you wanted. Honestly, for around $40 per person, it felt like a very good value. My parents both thought it was worth the price. We left full and satisfied, and the service was always attentive whenever we needed something. Overall, it was a really enjoyable Mother's Day meal, and I'd definitely come back again with friends next time.

Food: 3.5/5 there is a Kanpai near my hometown that was more 4/5, so I thought I would get a similar experience here, but their hot food bar had barely warm food and not as many options. Tables have spots for individual pots, and the BBQ grill is shared. The Tom Yum broth itself was good. Meat quality was up to par. Vegetables could have been fresher. For anyone with allergies: the sauce bar had a thoroughly written out allergy table and was clean, which was a plus. Drinks: Mai Tai was actually pretty good, and this is coming from someone that typically sticks with a beer. Sapporo is available on draft! Service/cleanliness: 3/5 the host sat us, a party of 3, down at a table meant for 6, which was interesting. We were quite literally one of 2 parties there, and only one other couple showed up while we dined. Our table was also the only table that had a grill with browned oil that came from who knows where. We had it changed to a clean one, but when we were handed the tablet to order, this was also covered in grease/oil. The bathrooms and sauce bar were clean, but at the table I was not satisfied. The server herself was very nice and explained the AYCE experience well. Ambiance: quiet music in the background, plenty of tables that could sit 4, 6, and 8.

We were a party of 5 and found both the food and the service to be inconsistent. The Food: Most dishes were mediocre or worse. The Three Cups Chicken (1/5) was the worst I've ever had. The Hong Kong Style Shrimp (1/5) was just bland, tasteless fried shrimp. The Lamb with Scallion (2/5) was far too salty. The only "average" dish was the Spicy Beef and Tendon (3/5), but one decent dish can't save a meal this poor. The Service & Billing: The service was quite slow during our visit. We waited a long time for the check and eventually ended up packing our own leftovers and heading to the front counter to pay so we could head out. I was also surprised to see an automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill, especially since it was calculated on the total after tax ($23.07 tip on a $106.80 subtotal). While I understand automatic tips for groups, it felt a bit high due to poor services. There are a lot of great dining spots in the area, but based on this disappointing visit, I'm sure I would not return to this one.

It was busy inside, but our party of 10 was promptly seated, though we were a little squished into a circular table. I didn't remember this last time, but instead of telling a server what you want, you mark it down on a paper menu and hand it to the server. This time I got the Grandma's BBQ Pork Noodles and the Salted Egg Yolk Shrimp Garlic Noodle. I was really excited to try both since they both sounded so good. Ultimately the Grandma's BBQ Pork Noodle was a little underwhelming - the noodles themselves weren't very flavorful, and the BBQ pork was on the drier side. The pork did have decent flavor, and all the toppings/side items (wontons, fried egg, bok choy) were great, but all in all fell a little short of my hopes. The Salted Egg Yolk Garlic Noodles had better flavor, but I could've used even more garlic and butter. The shrimp definitely carried the salted egg yolk flavor, but the fried batter was a bit soggy/soft in my opinion. I wished it was crisper. Service was a tad slow, but perhaps they're understaffed and/or it was busy that night. I do love the menu concept of positioning it like a magazine catalog - it makes for a fun experience instead of just words on paper
