I have interacted with the rest of PT's to know that they are just as educated and very patient friendly. Kalyn will make sure you get your appts scheduled, stay on top of the insurance and do all that with a smile. It matters after joint replacement or injury where you go for PT. I came to Premier after a complex Total Knee Replacement and had previously been going to a different clinic (ATI). The prior clinic did not prioritize 1:1 patient care and I ended up left with a knee stuck at only 90 degrees range of motion at 4 weeks out - leaving me unable to walk normally and requiring me to go back to the surgeon for a Manipulation Under Anesthesia. It was divine intervention to find Premier after that! I called the day after my MUA and spoke with Dr. Brad (clinic director) who was incredibly kind and immediately helped work me into the schedule and get a solid recovery plan in place. He was even open to partnering with another Pilates-based clinic as I wanted to do some sessions there as well. Brad, Ryan and the entire Premier team were always open and willing to do what was needed to help me get the best outcome... exactly what a patient wants/needs after going through such a hard surgery! Dr. Ryan Vick is amazing and I highly recommend! He made our daily PT sessions fun and is SO skilled at what he does. He proactively incorporates new things to try and adjusts as needed, and you can tell he has a big heart and genuinely cares about his patients. Dr. Emily is also wonderful and always coming up with new exercises to try -- her positivity keeps you going! The techs/front desk staff (Parker, Bri, Yumi) were also consistently helpful and kind, and helped keep all appts running efficiently and on time. After 5 weeks at Premier, I gained 44 degrees in range of motion to reach 134 degrees flexion - which has put me back to work, functional daily living and activities. I had to return home to San Francisco (was in DFW area post-surgery to recover with family) and it'll be hard to find another PT place here that will ever match up to Premier! If you're deciding between different PT clinics, stop searching and come here!!! They are truly the best!

They manipulated and stretched and pulled on my hip until the hip that did not really bother me when I went in there has not stopped hurting since then and I'm now having a hip replacement. Yes I probably would've ended up with a hip replacement, but they caused the problem to be aggressive. I've my opinions to them on the second visit the third visit and I never went back after that. They called did not told them what the deal was so come in and we could fix it. No, I don't think you're touching me again. I've used them on several occasions previously, but the entire practice had changed. It's now more like a chiropractor's office as opposed to a physical therapy. So please do your research. Check out some other places before you decide to go here.

For that, there's a kiosk that you STAND at and FaceTime someone somewhere else. This is a challenge to start given I'm there to rehab a hip surgery, so I'm there balancing on crutches with my phone while this lady on a computer screen rushes me to confirm appointments on my phone. Then, she doesn't even give me 5 seconds to get the appointment in the phone. The appointment times are very limited, so when I suggest we schedule a bit further out to ensure I can get them all in, she says " I can't schedule without your providers approval." No attempt to help, no working with me. After I push, asking several questions and having to "prove" why it would be helpful for all involved (in front of a line of people), she finally says (somewhat rudely) that the provider is the therapist who is standing right behind me. Ok, well, again I'm on crutches, I don't know your specific language and separation of duties talk and you could have just asked the person for me if you knew and saw. Last she said to wait for a printout of my schedule, but after standing there for 10 more minutes without anyone even acknowledging us, we left. Terrible customer service and way out of touch with who you are serving. To bad because the actual therapist was great.

I had to experience a few of his rants of him commenting in various topics and it revealed a pretty caustic and poor attitude. I was told the cost WITHOUT insurance was $275 and the cost with insurance was $275 but it would count towards my yearly deductible. I opted for the cost with insurance as they were the same. I only went to one session. 2 months later I get a bill for $347.41. When i called them they said my insurance did not cover the entire submitted amount. which was over $1800.00. I asked them to waive the charges as the cost without insurance was only going to be $275.00. They would not waive the outstanding balance and to this day I am being chased down for the outstanding bill. I will say the safe was great but I would be weary on going back and definitely check with your insurance before doing business.
