I went to core Physical Medicine (Keller) 2 yrs ago to get a consult and a PT session for my shoulder. I was told the cost WITHOUT insurance was $275 and the cost with insurance was $275 but it would count towards my yearly deductible. I opted for the cost with insurance as they were the same. I only went to one session. 2 months later I get a bill for $347.41. When i called them they said my insurance did not cover the entire submitted amount. which was over $1800.00. I asked them to waive the charges as the cost without insurance was only going to be $275.00. They would not waive the outstanding balance and to this day I am being chased down for the outstanding bill. I will say the safe was great but I would be weary on going back and definitely check with your insurance before doing business. read more

therapists juggle several patients at a time, after finishing the assign exercise you wait for someone to come back with next exercise. I did self pay for agreed amount because of high deductible plan, they did run a check of insurance to determine this. My credit card was billed the agreed $325 upon check in each session. THEN they billed insurance and required additional $408.71 months after I finished therapy sessions. When I received the bill and called to question it, they told me I signed to agree let them bill insurance. Even the bill they mailed says $325 self pay payment for all my visits, and then BCBS gets billed each instance. Beware if you have similar circumstances. I'm extremely displeased. read more

Stopped going after Five sessions because I found my self waiting for the next exercise while their several employees ether talked amongst themselves or other patients. I don't need to sit there for five minutes while you talk to someone about the birthday cake you bought and where you bought it from. Also it's like a herd of cattle in this place so many patients sometimes hardly any room at all. The website says you will get a written evaluation and plan of action which I never received. Now for the actual bill that was never sent to me I had to call and request it after almost three months went by.lets break down what I got. Electric stimulation 10 minutes 109.00 each session The hot pac placed over the electrodes 94.00 that's right for a hot towel each session. 15 minutes of therapy which they show you what to do then usually go onto someone else while you do the exercise 193.44 so in one session I did six exercises at a cost of 1160.44 Total bill for five sessions of therapy 5262.61 Now since I have a HSA I have I high deductible.I found this bill to be outrageous read more

I have very high standards going back to Core as a former client. This location has Dr. Hay, Dr. Firth ,Melanie, Dan ,and Grayson . They are truly a team! I feel like every therapy session is tailored for each individual.They are always super friendly, attentive and helpful. I love the positive, happy environment with upbeat music playing. They are always giving me new exercises to do and really make me work hard. They really do listen when I tell them about how my body is feeling. Dr. Hay, Physical Therapist, manipulated my shoulder/neck area and I honestly I have not felt this good since my car accident in December 2017!! Dr. Firth is a caring, compassionate chiropractor who listens, does wonderful adjustments and provides positive feedback. Melanie has the front office running smoothly, and accommodating to my busy schedule. Dan is an expert at working the whole body, connecting tissues and taping each body part whenever needed. Elexis and Dr. Hay put me back together. They are amazing. This place has the best doctors and staff. I enjoyed the heat treatments along with the personal attention to details. They continued to impress me with the techniques and attention to how my body would react. You can't go wrong here. I have been in and out of PT for years... truck driving will tear you up! Anyway I have never been to a PT office like this one! It's the whole package! Dr Hey is the REAL DEAL! She will dig in deep to loosen up scar tissue and work on those tendons. Dr Frith (sp?) is a chiropractor and one day I mentioned to one of the awesome folks that hook you up to the tens unit first thing if it would be possible for him to pop my neck because I had been having headaches and bam he was there when my 10 minutes of warm up with the tens was done! First I had ever seen a chiropractor working in a PT office, and definitely the first I've seen you could just ask for something they are not necessarily treating me for and it was taken care of! I am so impressed by this office and if you can't really afford the huge Co-pays, just tell them and they actually care enough to work with you! I've been a client there for several weeks and they have helped me tremendously!!! Great staff, great docs, and super friendly and they get results! read more

Absolutely the best physical therapy experience I Have ever had. I have done therapy after two knee surgeries, both knee replacements and elbow reconstruction. I can honestly say that the PT's here are some of the most caring I have ever worked with. People need to understand that you have a choice when it comes to physical therapy. It is not about what the doctor wants, it is about the rest of your life. Choose carefully because your progress makes all the difference in the world. I feel like they take their time to help me rehab from this RCT and truly care about their patients. They are always super friendly and attentive. I wanted to share with everyone our amazing experience with Core Physical Medicine. They have been so encouraging to our 8 year old son who had knee surgery. Barron was at a 45 degree angle with his knee and they told him if he could reach his goal of 58 they would buy him a his favorite toy (which they did). He was also crying at the end because he was so scared to walk and they asked me if they could pray with him. My heart exploded as I have seen the most incredible patient men work with my little boy.
