Physical therapist was ok, but office experience is terrible. There must be 5-8 people in the office, but none that can schedule you or check you in. For that, there's a kiosk that you STAND at and FaceTime someone somewhere else. This is a challenge to start given I'm there to rehab a hip surgery, so I'm there balancing on crutches with my phone while this lady on a computer screen rushes me to confirm appointments on my phone. Then, she doesn't even give me 5 seconds to get the appointment in the phone. The appointment times are very limited, so when I suggest we schedule a bit further out to ensure I can get them all in, she says " I can't schedule without your providers approval." No attempt to help, no working with me. After I push, asking several questions and having to "prove" why it would be helpful for all involved (in front of a line of people), she finally says (somewhat rudely) that the provider is the therapist who is standing right behind me. Ok, well, again I'm on crutches, I don't know your specific language and separation of duties talk and you could have just asked the person for me if you knew and saw. Last she said to wait for a printout of my schedule, but after standing there for 10 more minutes without anyone even acknowledging us, we left. Terrible customer service and way out of touch with who you are serving. To bad because the actual therapist was great. read more

Got very ill in the pool as it was over chlorinated. found out the pool isn't even permitted by the health department.. As per the health dept.. "The spa area of this facility is currently closed due to lack of Health permit" WOW, You would think they would have their stuff together.. read more

Prior to my second treatment visit I already met my insurance deductible. They still charged the full co-payment amount of $120 for the next 6 visits (instead of $40). It is impossible to get a hold of the billing department to get a refund -- there is no phone number for the billing department and when you call the office they respond with "I will let them know and they will return your call." Never happened. read more

I LOVE PREMIER REHAB PHYSICAL THERAPY OF KELLER and I will shout it from the rooftops to anyone that will listen. I've had shoulder pain for at least 6 months, originally we thought it was from an autoimmune disease but a Rheumatologist determined that it was a misdiagnosis and referred me to Dr. Howard W. Harris (Shoulder Orthopedist.) After Dr. Harris determined that my issue was rotator cuff inflammation/irritation he gave me a steroid shot and referred me to Premier Rehab Physical Therapy, I choose to get to the Keller (Heritage Trace) office myself as it was close by and had good ratings on another platform. -----I am SO VERY HAPPY I CAME.----- Dr. Matt Hoke, PT, DPT was the one that originally assessed my injury and he was SO VERY THOROUGH. He asked questions that never would have occurred to me, he was gentle each time he had to touch to assist me in lifting my arm or rotating in a manner in which he wanted to see. He gave me a printout of things to work on after I think a 30-45 minute consultation, to be honest, I'm not sure how long it was originally. We also did light stretching in that first visit. He was, and is, great to work with. He keeps checking up on me consistently making sure how my progress is going. Next time I came in I meet Preston and he is awesome. Preston is very about business, he knows why you came in, your here to get better, but at the same time, he's fun. I'm completely socially awkward and yet he (and the entire office) makes it easy for me to come out of my shell even though they don't know it. He teased me for being an iPhone girl because he's an Android guy, and I told him I feared (obviously jokingly, for clarification!!) that I was going to get lesser care because of it. Although it seems that Matt and Preston seem to be stuck with me the most in the past I've also gotten to work more with Stephany now that Preston has transferred to another location temporarily and she's such a character. She keeps me smiling all the time and her patients love her. She's very friendly and I love talking to her about the latest movies and TV shows. I've also worked with Dr. Brenda, although for the life of me I can't recall her last name. I told her about some upper back pain I'm having and she told me it could be my poor posture, man I'm getting the posture speech from everyone here. It's like their trying to help me or something, sheesh. Anyway, she did something like a massage with a tool and it started to help right away. This pain is something I've felt for YEARS, like 10+ years, but I've just accepted it's part of life. Now I've got techniques to help combat it. This office is a family, and while we have to come in and work hard, you're treated as part of it if you're welcome to the idea. They'll talk with you and have fun. Yes, you'll feel beaten and bruised after a session, but it's not because they don't care. It's because they DO CARE, they are doing this to make you better. I have had FIVE VISITS to this office, and my progress is remarkable. I can rotate my shoulder in all directions, with the exception of one, without pain. While I can't promise your results will be this fast, go see them. You will not regret it. I have six more scheduled visits for my shoulder and if my back isn't better by then, maybe I'll see if they can continue to treat me for that past then. I've advised all of my family that if they need services like this, they are only allowed to come here. ----- UPDATE ----- In 7 short weeks (14 appointments) my journey in recovering my motion and strength in my shoulder has improved 99%. I've had that back pain, as previously mentioned, for what seems like forever, so I've gotten a script to continue to see them. Matt's not closing the chart on my shoulder, just in case it starts to bother me again, he'll continue to treat it with my doctor's permission. I'm excited that I've made so much progress in what seems like so little time. I'm anticipating great relief in my back just like I got in my shoulder. I'm so very excited. Also, my mother has seen my orthopedic specialist and found that she's got a torn ligament in each shoulder, she has already decided she will be joining me at Premier Rehab at Keller Heritage Trace as well. read more

You are not treated by the physical therapist . You are just passed on to the aids. I was always doing the same exercises even though there was little to no progress in certain parts of my foot. There were no forms of passive therapy other than ice. Most times they didn't even message the area to help with swelling. You pay for the actual physical therapist but you don't get that at all. You need a trained professional to watch your form while doing exercises, to watch for what is helping or what needs more work. Granted there was improvement but I still can not walk without pain after 8 weeks of therapy three times a week. If they had monitored my progress more closely and adjusted my treatment, I might be able to walk. read more

You won't find a better place for Physical Therapy than Premier! I have seen Kandie for PT after shoulder surgery and most recently, a broken tibia/fibula. Kandie does an excellent job of designing a plan that works just for you. She is gentle and considerate of your level of pain tolerance, yet she will push enough to ensure you are making the progress you are capable of making. She will be your coach, cheerleader, supporter, and encourager. She listens attentively and is 100% focused on getting patients back to their full capacity as quickly as possible. After working with the staff at Premier through 4 surgeries, an infection, and a double PICC line, I can honestly say, Kandie and her team are second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing excellent PT care! read more

A great place to rehab from injuries of any sort. They work with people who have been in car accidents, surgery recovery and sports injuries. It is a smaller place, but the staff is wonderful. You can really tell that this is a passion for them, not just a job. They go the extra mile and their "bed side" manner is awesome. I attended therapy here for several weeks and my experience overall has been pleasant. I was reluctant at first due to not having ever done physical therapy but the planning and exercises that my Physical Therapist, Vanessa prepared for me have worked and eventually lessen my Sciatic pain. Vanessa's therapy program was based on thorough assessment and re-evaluation as therapy progressed. She is very nice, is patient and was understanding of my physical limitations. Vanessa is a total professional and an asset to Premier Rehab Therapy. So if you are needing physical therapy please give Premier Rehab Physical Therapy a look. Do not use this place for physical therapy. They tried to charge me for no show appointments when a staff member did not cancel appointments as requested. The facility is dated and they use curtains for doors. No HIPPA privacy at all. read more

This is simply a great place to go to recover from surgery, I had shoulder surgery on my dominant arm and was completely useless! All the staff are caring and positive. My PT's Preston and Candy we amazing! They encouraged me at every turn and had light upbeat attitudes. They made it fun to go and do something that you know is no fun LOL.
