My mother is a resident in their care and they've destroyed phone charger cords (of which I bought or of my own money), stole hair care products from her (that were gifted from friends and family strictly for her), and constantly give her the wrong medications without water (every single day). And if the patient needs to be transferred to another location or new rehabilitation facility, they will mistreat that patient everyday until the patient leaves. Maybe having a family member their could be stressful You Think? With the growing aging population you have plenty of choices and of course its going break down to what your willing to spend or do. Our family decided the location and price was acceptable here and we were close to visit daily to be with them. This was in 2019. Of course with Covid came many challenges the FIL has dementia and MIL can barely get around but the care has been extremely helpful and above anything we could do on our own. We send staff come and go in hasn't been easy for them and the ones that remain are real hero's to us. We see them weekly and there has never been any issues to report, other family members visit different days we have camera installed and everything goes like clockwork for us. I am here this morning and I saw the negative rating and just wanted to make sure this wasn't the case for everyone. Watching someone decline in health is hard it's even harder to make the time and effort to do it yourself in a pandemic. We are grateful for the staff and Legend Oaks for the care of our Family.

My grandmother stayed here for four weeks for physical therapy rehabilitation. I will say off the…read morebat I was extremely hesitant to want my family member in any nursing facility because of horror stories people hear. The Harrison exceeded all my expectations - the reason being a handful of staff members. First off, when you walk in you'll likely meet Ms. Sherry - who is kind and helpful and makes you feel at ease immediately. Thank you for being so welcoming and assisting my family every day. Luis, PTA - thank you!! Luis worked with my grandmother daily getting her strength to be self sufficient at home and walking to and from her bedroom, etc. He was kind, encouraging and an absolute gift. Lauren, speech therapist - patient and encouraging, thank you for taking the time to work with my grandmother and endure my family asking tons of questions and visiting during therapy. Lastly, her nurse Arthur and CNA Elsa - thank you guys!! The care Elsa showed will never be forgotten and we are truly grateful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the follow up during and after discharge - referrals for home health PT/OT was great but ordering equipment has been bumpy. Upon discharge we expected equipment or how to go about getting it and have yet to hear back from the company or our contact @ Harrison.

Our family placed my grandmother in this facility after a major surgery with the hope that she…read morewould receive the care and rehabilitation she needed to regain her strength. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of timely care. If you pressed the call button, you could expect to wait an hour or more for someone to respond--even when assistance was urgently needed. There were multiple occasions where my grandmother needed immediate attention, had already pressed her call button over an hour earlier, and no one had come. We would end up calling the front desk ourselves just to have someone go to the nurses' station and tell the staff to get up and help her. That should never have to happen. We repeatedly brought these concerns to management and the higher-ups, hoping things would improve. Instead, our concerns were brushed off, dismissed, or met with excuses. Nothing ever changed. We were also repeatedly told certain doctors and specialists would be coming, but many never did. The physician rarely showed up, the nutritionist we were promised never came, and several other services they assured us would happen simply never did. Medication management was inconsistent, the food was poor, and overall communication was lacking. It felt like promise after promise was made during the admission process, only for those promises to be forgotten once my grandmother was admitted. I do want to recognize two employees who truly stood out. Vivian at the front desk was always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. She has no control over the care provided on the floors, but she consistently did everything she could to help us. Nicole, the wound care nurse, was also outstanding. She cared for my grandmother every day with compassion and professionalism. The only reason we didn't immediately transfer my grandmother to another facility was because we trusted Nicole to continue managing her wound care. Aside from those two individuals, I cannot recommend this facility. The nurse aides were often unresponsive, doctors were rarely seen, medications weren't handled consistently, and the overall quality of care fell far below what was promised. If you're considering placing a loved one here, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. They deserve attentive, compassionate care--not long waits for basic needs, broken promises, and concerns that go ignored. DO NOT GO HERE.

Dr. Fincher was compassion, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Fincher was present, I felt as though she actually listened to my concerns and cared. For that, there's a kiosk that you STAND at and FaceTime someone somewhere else. This is a challenge to start given I'm there to rehab a hip surgery, so I'm there balancing on crutches with my phone while this lady on a computer screen rushes me to confirm appointments on my phone. Then, she doesn't even give me 5 seconds to get the appointment in the phone. The appointment times are very limited, so when I suggest we schedule a bit further out to ensure I can get them all in, she says " I can't schedule without your providers approval." No attempt to help, no working with me. After I push, asking several questions and having to "prove" why it would be helpful for all involved (in front of a line of people), she finally says (somewhat rudely) that the provider is the therapist who is standing right behind me. Ok, well, again I'm on crutches, I don't know your specific language and separation of duties talk and you could have just asked the person for me if you knew and saw. Last she said to wait for a printout of my schedule, but after standing there for 10 more minutes without anyone even acknowledging us, we left. Terrible customer service and way out of touch with who you are serving. To bad because the actual therapist was great.

He receives physical therapy 1x a week, speech therapy 2x weekly, and occupational therapy 1x weekly. The staff and therapists are all very friendly and have always been really polite and understanding. As a stay-at-home homeschooling mom, I am on a budget just like everyone else, but Beelieve's services are well worth it to me. My son's speech and clarity have improved so much, as well as his strength and balance. He still struggles with symptoms of his diagnosis, but the work he does while at Beelieve has helped to improve his confidence and stamina, and that trickles down into every aspect of his life! The owner, and main Physical Therapist, Joanna truly cares about her patients and how she can best improve their health and reduce the struggles or pain they may be dealing with. All of the therapists here make going to an appointment feel like playtime! Even after coming every week for 2 years, my son is excited to get up and come back! He works hard during his therapy time and earns stickers and smiley faces that he can later turn in for toys or temporary tattoos. I think the best part about Beelieve is that they really take the time to listen to me as a parent. If I have any issues or concerns about goals or struggles that my son is having, they make suggestions for exercises that we can do at home, they work in tandem with his doctors orders/requests, and they are always positive! *I recommend Beelieve to all of my mom friends, even if you're just looking for an evaluation to see where your child is at, or you have some questions I would give them a call. You won't be disappointed! :)
