We drove up from Milwaukee to test drive a GMC Acadia in the All Terrain trim since no one in…read moreMilwaukee seems to order the that way. But after we drove one, we decided instead on a Chevy Terrain. We worked with Shakira Wery, who is pleasant, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the products. In the end, we didn't come to a meeting of the minds as they say. But if you're in the market for a Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, or Cadillac, you might find it worth your while to make the short drive up to Sheboygan.

Just took my wife's 2025 GMC XT5 to Sheboygan Auto Service to have a nail removed from the rear…read moretire. I drive the vehicle into the service bay and the service tech says they charge '$40 to remove the nail and plug the tire' that's fairly new. I said that was shocking that they would charge a customer $40 to pull a nail out of a tire. He said talk to the service manager, he's here. The service manager at the desks confirms that they charge a whooping $40 to fix a nail in a tire. I said okay, that awfully pricey for 10 minutes of time and a 50 cent plug. I said its cheaper down the road. I sat down and started to call Brett Towing to check prices and the service manager see me calling and comes up to me and says "the tire repair with shop fees and taxes is $50 total" I said "that is absolutely outrageous' and that Sheboygan Auto just lost a customer". I told him I was going to back my car out of the shop and go down the road to Brett's Towing and Auto Repair. I ask Brett what he charges for tire repair, he said $39 with taxes. I had Brett repair it and saved $11. I also called Pomp's tire after the repair and they quoted $39.24 which was with taxes. Sheboygan Auto is ripping people off big time. I bought our 2025 Cadillac XT5 from them and we WILL NOT GO BACK there for any new cars and services. They don't care about their customers. All they want to do is rip them off with their services. Their oil changes are also extremely pricey compared to other Sheboygan auto service places that do the same oil change and vehicle inspection services. Beware.

Love both our Hondas!!! Leased a new 2017 civic in 2017, no issues, cheap payment. Loved it so…read moremuch in 2019 found a competitive deal, walked in with all my financial info, got a approved for a matching deal, literally came in the next day (I had errands and things to do) signed and went home to clean a spot in the garage. Just picked out a color on the lot for the CR-V and left the boyfriend to do all the tutorials and drive the new car home! It pays to have rocking credit and real job. Makes car buying a breeze.

EDIT: I must change my review, reluctantly, due to my experience actually BUYING the car. Once you are sold on it, it seems the sales courtship honeymoon fades quickly. I was a assured a 3 yr 36K mile bumper to bumper warranty on this certified vehicle, only to have this company reneg and try to sell me a Honda plan 10% of the negotiated price. This statement was made in front of a witness. Andrew H, when questioned on this, seemingly went into a rehearsed rebuttal of never making that claim. As a limited income person, I didnt have the luxury of fighting at that moment. It was apparently fruitless with cronyism abound. Commonplace unethical sales: bait and switch. I am either naive or the world is just so untrustworthy you need to record every encounter when money is involved. Went through with the sale because I needed the car, planning on seeking a righteous conclusion to the sales persons blatant lie, only to, so far, have recieved a topped off gas tank "to make up for the misunderstanding." The tank holds $20 in fuel. It was another slap in the face. I will retract this if it is made right by the dealer, or will seek out help from Consumer Protections. Balls in their court. I am a fair person. This is compounded by: * $140 charge for a spare key * Loose indicator light, front driver's side, that was "going to be looked into," only to recieve the answer at the time of purchase that, "it would raise the cost of the vehicle." * Claim that an oil change was performed upon them recieving the car, only to find that it had 70% oil life left in a car requiring an oil change every 7K miles. * Despite notification of me picking the car up and asking for the car to be ready, I came with cash in hand, and it was not ready. After a long wait, they presented to me the car with a rushed detail job, and two missing floor mats. While I do like the car, what I was ACTAULLY given at time of purchase was NOT what the sales person or dealership sold me. * If I would have brought a cashier's check from US Bank, not some obscure institution, I would have had to wait to pick up my vehicle, per thier "financial office." This forced me to withdraw a LARGE sum of cash requiring "security assistance" from a friend with a CCW license to ensure I transported the money safely.
