However, one of my tires need to be replaced this week. So we set it up with Discount Tires to install all 4 of the tires we bought from Rhine. The problem was that one of the tires had a bad side wall and we had to buy a replacement tire from Discount Tires. I called Rhine the next morning and spoke to Al Kiether in sales. I did not have my original invoice # but I explained to him the situation and told him the date the tires were bought along with the cost based on my credit card receipt. He said, he would look into it and get back to me. By 4:30pm that day Sara Evraets called me back saying Al asked her to follow up on this with me. She told me that she can replace the tire. I explained, that we already replaced the tire through Discount Tires and would appreciate a refund for the cost of the tire. She said she could process it back to our credit card that we used to pay with it and just asked that I send her the Discount Tires receipt for their records. I sent her the receipt that night and by the next morning before I even signed on for work, Sara had emailed me saying the refund will be processed that day and it should reflect on my credit card within the week. This company provided some of the best customer service I have come across!!! They were quick and very pleasant to work with!!! Sheboygan Motorsports said that I needed to make an appointment to just drop it off Hmmmmm I just wanted to drop it off but the said I needed an appointment just to drop it off again I just wanted to leave it there till they could complete it. NO SUCH LUCK! I then was referred to Wolf Motorsports called and they said ya just drop it off anytime and I did! Again I told them to fit it in when they could. I got a call back within 3-4 days with their recommendations and they seemed like that were not over selling me so I said go ahead get it done. 4 days later they called with it ready for pick-up. The situation is laughable from the towing company and the police. They work with Elkhart police dept to make money on event days. I demand that i will not be paying this ridiculous fee for towing when I got no call, and the street parking was not stapled to trees until the morning of. For reference this happened on Saturday july 5th when the fire works happened and the entire street on both sides was full of cars. I'm sure they made a killing. Corrupt company

At first I thought this shop was a good trustworthy shop, I bought a brand new set of falken tires…read moreoff of tirerack and a set of used rims for my truck. I needed to get them mounted, so I contacted Vetting Customs - Rigs and Rides..they got me in right away with no appointment and I couldn't get there until 4:30pm(they close at 5). They stayed late to get the job done...they mounted and balanced my tires, charged $144 for it. I drove home and I felt a little shaking in the steering wheel. I thought maybe it was the road and snow...but after the snow melted and roads were clear, the shaking was still there..so I messaged them almost a week later at 9pm on facebook and they responded within 10 mins. .they had mentioned that they balanced them and it might be a bent rim, but to take it in and they will rebalance them...took it in and they re balanced them...they claimed that my rims are bent, they had to had 6oz of weights to 2 tires and put them on the rear so it doesn't effect my steering....and it drove okay, still a little vibration.... Fast forward to a week later, I bought another set of used rims with tires...threw them on my truck and it drove fine..so I went back to vettings to get my falkens taken off the first set of rims...they mounted and balanced the falkens on the 2nd set of rims, the tech and I test drove it and the shaking came back..(spent $189).so he told me that it may be the tires being out of round...and I had to get them road force balanced to confirm....and to let then know what the issue is..so after almost $400, I had to drive a truck with 6k miles that would shake at 40mph... So I went to bauer built to have the wheels road force balanced, tech there said that before he took the weights off to re balance them, he put then on the machine and all four wheels were way off, one of the front wheels were 8oz off, he suggested that vettings machine needed to be calibrated or they didn't mount the tire correctly onto the machine...so I msged vettings to inform them of the suggestion...to my surprise, no response at all....after spending $75 after bauer, my truck drives fine! So I took my 1st set of rims to a different shop to see if they were bent...they put them on their machine and spun it and there was no wobble or signs of it being bent.. They were perfectly fine! So I DO NOT recommend this shop to anyone at all!!

Her battery died in the parking lot and a good samaritans jump didn't help. I looked up Pitbull towing to get her towed home. They showed up right away and explained to her that due to covid restrictions they may not be able to help. Randy then helped my wife walk next door to Home Depot, pick out a battery that would work, took out the old, hooked up the new one and started it right up. This allowed her to come to the hospital to see me once before my surgery then get home safely. All that and he refused payment of any kind! Saying that he wanted to pay it forward during these trying times. We are so grateful for Randy and will go out of our way to use them in the future if needed. These people are a scam. My girlfriend's son bought a car from them and her son was actually very…read moreclose with them a family friend and sold him a junk car. He had issues with it and took it back several times to get it fixed for several different issues. Not only did he charge to fix it but everything he said they fixed was not fixed at all. Was told he got a new ac compressor and lines put in so the ac would work and guess what that quit working. We told them the back tires were wearing out on the outside edge and that it needed an alignment and new tires. so he did put new tires on the back and said he did an alignment and wouldn't you know it happened again a few months later so that means he didn't do an alignment at all and charged him for it. And the reason he took it to him was bc it's AWD and it being so bad out of alignment when it goes over snow only the car feels like it's a damn boat on the water so it was very dangerous. And again remember this is a 16 year old kid that was supposed to be very close to them. I've seen the shady work they do on cars. Even putting an oil change sticker on and the oil wasn't even changed. We will never ever trust them again. Scam artists

Dave had to fit it into his packed schedule and go through 3 starters before he found one that fit(five-rib transmission in a six-rib slot). Got it back in nine days(he also fixed a leaking seal)and it's still running great. Thanks Dave. So rare to find an expert on these babies. Go out of your way to get him to work on your foreign car.
