Through word of mouth I found out about a new place in town on Oregon Street. Well had to check them out due to a "third cylinder misfire code." He looked at it and stated that I needed a new part and just told him to go ahead with the repair. Within an hour I was back up. I got the bill and thought he had made a mistake as I had this repair done before and it cost me double. Then had him give me an estimate on front brakes with rotors and again shocked as he crushed this and was a good $90 below lowest estimate on that. I got to sit and chat a bit with Troy Bruley and found him to be a very down to earth person, open and honest person that is in the business to make both parties happy. That is what I love about small businesses and they take their customers very seriously. They charge significantly less for services than anywhere else I have seen. They have serviced my vehicle 3 times , as I have an older car with over 200K miles on it. Sure, I suppose it is probably time to get rid of it and move on, but the affordable prices offered here justifies my decision to keep old reliable on the road for at least a little while longer. On my most recent visit (water pump going out), Mark and his staff stayed late on a Friday to get my car done so I would have it for the weekend! I was shocked when I got the call that day around 7PM, as I was fully expecting to not get it back until Monday. This level of courtesy is rare in any business, but especially rare in automotive repair. I would not dream of entrusting my vehicle to anybody else at this point.
