I took my GMC terrain to them years ago and they were supposed to replace the catalytic convertor through a special warranty as it was consuming oil. They never replaced the catalytic convertor regardless of the fact that the warranty was approved and now my truck is running into issues because of the catalytic convertor. On my recent visit they failed to replace the catalytic convertor and had the audacity to try to upsell me on brakes and tires and junk that was obviously redundant. They put in an oil treatment that was redundant and charged me $70.00 for the can which costs twelve dollars at Wal Mart. To top it all off they took my truck to Manitowoc to pick up parts and stated it was a test drive. I was charged $200.00 for a diagnostic that did not produce any results! I spent three hundred dollars at Sheboygan Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadilac so they could pick up a part for a completely different vehicle in Manitowoc and as usual my truck comes out of this place worse than it was when I took it in. Sheboygan Chevrolet is concerned about one thing and that is how much money they can bleed out of its customers. I do understand the overhead this company faces however, I can guarantee you that their profit margin FAR exceeds any overhead they may have.

I've brought my charger to the shop for repairs somewhere around 7 to 10 different times within one year and multiple times for inspections of parts or sounds or noises that for some reason they could never see, hear or fine. But as soon as the warrantee run out, they're able to identify the issues. So I would have to say truthfully, all the issues have been resolved after me stressing about them being fixed. Except for a ticking sound that was coming from which they are calling the solenoid. They're claiming that it's a normal ticking sound from the Dodge charger. And as of this point, they are the only ones that agree with that statement. I am currently going through the necessary process to get a couple second opinions to find out if this is true or not but as far as my experience, I will not buy another car from them and I definitely will not recommend anyone to buy anything used from them. Most of their vehicles come from auction With cheap fixes or touchups just to get the car sold. My car only had 47,000 miles and the entertainment system went out over $2000 to replace was having problem with the car computer or the brain and went to a car wash and the front paint on the bumper started flying off as if they did a cheap paint job or Didn't inspect the car that well. Now I have to fork out $1000 to have the front bumper repainted and I've only had the miracle for one year I believe right around $40,000.00 too many issues for just one year of ownership
