FIRST TAKE: Excellent service from the time I called, to working with sales person, Andrew H. Great car, and they gave me a great price! Looking forward to picking it up! EDIT: I must change my review, reluctantly, due to my experience actually BUYING the car. Once you are sold on it, it seems the sales courtship honeymoon fades quickly. I was a assured a 3 yr 36K mile bumper to bumper warranty on this certified vehicle, only to have this company reneg and try to sell me a Honda plan 10% of the negotiated price. This statement was made in front of a witness. Andrew H, when questioned on this, seemingly went into a rehearsed rebuttal of never making that claim. As a limited income person, I didnt have the luxury of fighting at that moment. It was apparently fruitless with cronyism abound. Commonplace unethical sales: bait and switch. I am either naive or the world is just so untrustworthy you need to record every encounter when money is involved. Went through with the sale because I needed the car, planning on seeking a righteous conclusion to the sales persons blatant lie, only to, so far, have recieved a topped off gas tank "to make up for the misunderstanding." The tank holds $20 in fuel. It was another slap in the face. I will retract this if it is made right by the dealer, or will seek out help from Consumer Protections. Balls in their court. I am a fair person. This is compounded by: * $140 charge for a spare key * Loose indicator light, front driver's side, that was "going to be looked into," only to recieve the answer at the time of purchase that, "it would raise the cost of the vehicle." * Claim that an oil change was performed upon them recieving the car, only to find that it had 70% oil life left in a car requiring an oil change every 7K miles. * Despite notification of me picking the car up and asking for the car to be ready, I came with cash in hand, and it was not ready. After a long wait, they presented to me the car with a rushed detail job, and two missing floor mats. While I do like the car, what I was ACTAULLY given at time of purchase was NOT what the sales person or dealership sold me. * If I would have brought a cashier's check from US Bank, not some obscure institution, I would have had to wait to pick up my vehicle, per thier "financial office." This forced me to withdraw a LARGE sum of cash requiring "security assistance" from a friend with a CCW license to ensure I transported the money safely. read more

Love both our Hondas!!! Leased a new 2017 civic in 2017, no issues, cheap payment. Loved it so much in 2019 found a competitive deal, walked in with all my financial info, got a approved for a matching deal, literally came in the next day (I had errands and things to do) signed and went home to clean a spot in the garage. Just picked out a color on the lot for the CR-V and left the boyfriend to do all the tutorials and drive the new car home! It pays to have rocking credit and real job. Wow where to start. What a horrible experience. To start I called the dealership and spoke to a salesperson, agreed to come later in the week when my schedule permitted to look at a 13 civic si. Call was friendly said car would be ready. When we show up to look at the car it's sitting out "cleaned" and the sales person was ready to go. The reason I put cleaned like that is because it was supposed to be detailed, but they did a half A job. Still stains and dirt on the carpets, had not been vacuumed, no clean car smell, outside was still semi dirty. But I'm fine with that as long as it runs good. So we take the car for a test drive. Shifts smooth, no abnormal noises. But it does brake weird. I am a auto tech so when I pull back on the lot I look at the brakes. Fronts were newer but the rear rotors were damaged and grooved, and pads had 4 mm left. While inspecting brakes I hear a hissing coming from driver rear tire. It has a leak. And the tires are at about 3/32nds which is when they should be replaced. So needless to say when we get back I tell the salesperson we need to work on the price ( I never before even talked price with him). And he gets upset and says "he can't do anything on price and he thought I understood that we attend on what they were asking.... who ever pays what they ask?! So then it gets worse. He starts raising his voice, cursing, talking me he's not going to hold my hand, and that I can walk because he's not willing to work despite the issues the car has. $300 in brake work at dealercost and $700 in Michelin tires. He then calls the sales manager and it gets worse. The sales manager who was in his office the whole time, and never looked at the vehicle tells me "there's nothing at all wrong with that car. I can assure you. We've had it for 3 months" first off, having worked at a dealership for 8 years I know first hand the sales manager has no idea if a car has issues. The service manager approves any and all repairs found on the inspection when the car is brought it. So he just lied right to my face. While giving me attitude. So I tell him I'm not buying to car until the items are addressed or I can get a we owe for the parts to make it safe for my fiancé to drive. They say ok let a tech look at it. Well the tech has it for over 30 min. They call me out and the tire no longer hisses. So they either rotated it to the other side or sprayed fix a flat in it (which is horrible to use on valve stems with sensors). At this point I was ready to walk. And I would have if my fiancé had not been looking for this particular car for some time. So I left the decision up to her. Needless to say, the tire is back to leaking less than a week later. And brakes and tires will need to be replaced in another month or so. About $1000 in work after owner the car 2 months. I would not rec this dealer to any one. The rudest and most unprofessional sales team I've ever worked with. The service department also lies to customers whether it's their idea or they were instructed to by the manager I don't know. Either way, unless you want to be talked down to, cursed at, lied to, do NOT shop here. I am well connected in the auto community. Go to every car show and event, work with other dealers and anytime I'm asked I tell the truth. They are a terrible company. Save yourself the drama and go elsewhere. We have 3 other vehicles from Wilde and they always treated us fairly and with respect. read more

Had the Honda that I wanted at a much higher price than I was willing to pay. It was valued by them for $8,990 and marketed for $5,990. I told them I could pay $5,000 total including all of the fees. So they changed the price to $4,200 and included all of the prices and I walked out of their an owner of a Honda I had been searching for. I was shown a CarFax report which was clean, and the bill for the repairs that they did on it which was all standard. Mechanically speaking the car is sound, with a lower than average amount of miles. I was pleased with how smooth everything went. read more

The worst staff I've ever dealt with. Zero stars if possible. The manager on site was deceitful, rude, and wasted my time. At the last minute he changed the price (twice), after we had shook on it and I had gone all over out of my way to get required documents and funds needed for the car. Mike sharp and the team at Sheboygan Honda are not to be trusted with your money or time. I have never felt so disrespected at a business before in my entire life. I will not return and am filing a complaint with upper management. Look elsewhere for your next vehicle. read more

I bought a used 2010 suv when I test drove it had a bad rattle in the front end so the mechanic checked and said couldn't find anything wrong WOW. I wouldn't trust them with an oil change. I found the rack and pinion was the rattling sound and the rear upper control arms are shot. They never called to se how I was doing with my purchase(It's been over a month.). Bought many cars and never had an experience like this. The manager was disrespectful and rude. So either they lie through their teeth or the service department can't fix anything. So beware I would not trust them. They sold this vehicle with these safety hazards so I'm letting the BBB know about this. read more

I never even made it into the dealership and would give a zero star review if it were possible. After seeing a used vehicle posted for sale online for several days, I made an appointment to go see and test drive the vehicle with full intent to purchase the vehicle at that time. Danny called 55 minutes prior to my appointment to cancel saying the car would not be ready because they had not cleaned it or performed a proper safety inspection. Odd for a vehicle that had been posted online, with actual photos and a price, for several days. After talking with Danny twice and leaving a voicemail with Maggie, I was reassured the inspection was top priority and I would receive a phone call as soon as it was ready to have the first test drive. After not hearing from them for the whole afternoon, I called back to see what the status was. The car was ready to go and they had set up two other appointments right away in the morning, so we were not even able to see it. In an attempt to cover himself, Danny did call us back the next morning...trying to get me to give him money over the phone to "hold" the car for me, sight-unseen. Horrible customer service. I will never recommend this business to anyone. read more
