Frangipani is Located in a small strip mall on the beach. Upon checking in, the staff made me feel comfortable with their friendly service. She asked me what I wanted and we discussed the fall colors I was looking for. I showed her pic of my "usual style ", which I did not want to change. The process began. The shampooing was amazing! It was a scalp massage on steroids:) Thanks Kenzie! My end results were on point and my quarantine hair is in the past! $197 without gratuity- appropriately priced for a Master Stylist. I highly recommend Katie and I will be back.

TWO STARS B/C THE FRONT DESK WOMAN ONLY…read more I have been a returning customer for quite some time here and have never had an issue until today. Kayla is AMAZING and has done my hair a few times now, very kind. The older lady with the accent that's normally at the front desk everytime i've been and never doing anyone's hair I understand why now. SHE IS SO RUDE!! She was also rude last time I was there and had the same service done last week for ~$30 and quoted me $45 for a blow out, when I asked she told me "I will never do that for $30 no one does" after just agreeing (because $15 isn't that big of a deal) she rollled her eyes and walked to her chair saying a few more things under her breath... I kindly told her I was okay and thank you anyways because why would I have someone touch my hair that seems upset with me they have to do THEIR job. I have NEVER had an employee so RUDE here everyone's always been AMAZING. First time I let off as her having a bad day, second time believe it's just her personality (or lack there of) that's nasty. Also no one else was in the store besides one other kind employee I've seen a few times and I felt like a burden. NEED A NEW FRONT FACE NOT THAT OLD LADY!

would give this salon zero stars if I could. From the beginning, the pricing was absolutely…read moreridiculous. I was quoted nearly $1,000 just to change my hair color to a more ginger shade, despite already being a natural strawberry blonde. I was not getting a haircut, a straightening treatment or any additional services. Just a color change. Nearly $1,000 for that is absolutely outrageous. What made the experience even worse was the cancellation policy. I received a message stating there was a $50 cancellation fee for canceling after 24 hours, but the message was sent exactly one hour AFTER my appointment time, which I found incredibly ironic. When I called to clarify, I was told the fee was actually 50% of my total service cost, making the cancellation fee around $200. I was never aware of this $200 fee beforehand. I even asked about rescheduling because I was willing to consider another appointment, but I was told I would still have to pay the $200 fee to reschedule. On top of that, the person on the phone told me the stylist had no available appointments until NEXT YEAR. For context, when I went in for my consultation, the salon was completely empty. Not a single other person was there besides my boyfriend and me. Yet the pricing and cancellation policies were treated as if I were asking for some extraordinary service. The person I spoke with on the phone was also incredibly rude and completely unwilling to work with me or offer any reasonable solution. I understand that salons have policies and that stylists deserve to be paid for their work, but charging nearly $1,000 for a simple color change and then expecting around $200 in cancellation fees without clearly communicating that policy is unacceptable. Overall, the lack of transparency, excessive pricing and poor customer service made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, and I will absolutely not be returning.
