DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER…read more They sold me a "certified pre-owned" Subaru with bad brakes and tires. All CPO vehicles are supposed to be up to certain standards and they indicated on the checklist that these components were good. However, when I brought my vehicle for routine service 10 months later my mechanic found that the tires were worn to 2/32nds and brakes to 95% of wear. This was only after I put 5,000-6,000 miles on the vehicle driving on local roads and highways -- simply not enough time or miles to bring the vehicle from acceptable wear to urgent need of replacement. Attempts to address this directly with the dealer were very difficult as the sales manager Dan Pantori refuses to pick up his phone, return messages or emails. I was forced to eventually go through Subaru of America's customer advocacy department in order to get a response, which was that they they would do nothing since the vehicle passed their own in-house inspection. I am currently in the process of looking at legal courses of action since I believe this was gross mistreatment and I should not have been forced to pay for new brakes and tires on a CPO that was owned for less than a year and used lightly since purchase. I would strongly suggest staying away from this dealer. They are not trustworthy and not helpful. Update: The dealer reached out after posting this review and said they wanted to "rectify" the situation. I am awaiting a check for the amount owed for the new brakes and tires.

Waiting time is horrible!!!…read more Before scheduling I ask about wait times and was told the most I would wait was 30 minutes. I was scheduled for an oil change at 1030 am (which I was on time for) and it's now 1 pm and my car is still not ready.(it's 1pm). When I ask about a car was I was told that it would add another 2 hours to the wait, so if I decide to wait that would probably mean I'll be leaving here about 5pm from 10:30am, never again!!!!!

Great experience here…read more Found part (Nissan Murano Tail Light) on Car-Part.com and was able to verify the part on Saw Mill's website. I called them and they were quickly able to verify the part in stock and confirmed the online quoted price. Price was very comptetitive, cheaper than many other competitors. I arrived there about 30 minutes later and was able to pickup the tail light in a few minutes. Condition was as described. Pickup and payment process was seamless. It was good seeing all of the employees working with customers and on the phone taking and answering questions. I was back home in no time swapping out the broken tail light. Definitely recommend based on my experience...hoping to use them for future needs.

Nasty rude workers please don't come here especially if you are a woman. Came here to buy a piece…read morethey made me wait over 2 hours for it. After it was ready they tell me to enter a restricted area and go pick it up myself. I go and the piece is at-least over 50 pounds.. then when I try to ask my dad for help..I have another worker yell at us saying you cannot be back here. And I processed to tell the workers that they sent me back here that I should be fine because I have a receipt... I go back into the waiting room thinking someone is going to help me because it is over 50 pounds and I just got yelled to not be back there but Another 20 mins go by...I'm just waiting and I'm speaking with my father complaining about the service and the manager overheard and processed to tell me to wait outside... Mind you it's under 30 degrees and raining! No one owned up to apologize or hear me out. I had one of the service workers try to apologize but it didn't help when all the other workers were in the back laughing. Please avoid as a woman it's hard enough to find a good mechanic and it sucks that in an auto part store they lack common courtesy and professionalism.

We are from NJ and I was a bit hesitant to travel to Yonkers to look at it but it was an easy ride and pleasant experience. From the moment we made first contact with their coordinator Rachelle, through our contact with the Sales Rep, it was smooth sailing. We paid cash and they did not upsell thousands of dollars to the price. They had a lot of nice/upscale cars on the lot, not old/beat up cars. They have a one bay detail and mechanic garage area on the lot so they serviced it before we drove it away. On the way home, no issues... car is rock solid and in fantastic condition! They also were able to work with us to give us temporary tags until we register in NJ. We are pleased with our experience. Thank you to the team at Yonkers Autoland!

They can't do anything about it because they have not had a large number of complaints. So I would encourage anyone that has had a bad dealing with them to please contact the attorney general's office. They have advised me to explore takes g them to court . ****Update:Please note the only reason this company only responded to this review because I contacted the NY state attorney general. My original post was 1 month ago an owner responded 5 days ago hummm I wonder why? They said no record of my daughter's sale to attorney generals office. Really ok you can't find her how about asking for more information ? Instead you said she doesn't exist yet you say you stated that buyer is well informed. How can it be that she doesn't exist and she was informed. So which is it ?I am confused but the double talk. My name is clearly stated on my complaint and on my google review. Again they took advantage of kids one never graduated high school and the other just graduated. They also stated take it up with finance company about the rate. Again the company is whom they got for the kids. Also I saw a review that they would not sell a car for cash because they would not make any money on it. Typically according to my research the kickback to the dealer is 1-2% of the loan based on the interest rate. If I could give them a negative number I would. They sold my daughter a car at a rate of 25%. The kid asked what's an interest rate mean ? They said oh you just pay 25% more. They used some shady place called westlake financial which is an another mess with their crazy practice. I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing that they took advantage of young kids. Especially Alba Perletta the sales person. PS I only found out about this after my child was drowning in debt and almost ruining herself over this car. I would have never allowed it. They made it easy and appear that she was getting a good deal. All I can say is there is a special place in hell for people and businesses like this. Notice they have not responded! Also I saw the other review that a guy couldn't buy a car for cash because they wouldn't make money. Wow they are in bed with this shady financial place Westlake that charges 25% interest. Someone needs to shut them down. I will keep updating this review so it stays at the top of reviews. Ps it took months to answer back! You sneaky thief. You may it determine rates but you get a kickback from them. Also you stated to a innocent 18 year old that it's just 25% more if you finance it which is a lie

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER!!! I bought a van here on April 29. The owner Jason assured me…read morethe van was a great running van, nothing wrong with it. I expressed to him how I needed a good running vehicle due to kids and work. They then told me about an odyssey he had there. He advised me to go back in a couple days to get it inspected due to time. I messaged him that night to advise him of a check engine light that had came on half way. Mind you I live 2 hours or more with traffic from this dealer. He had told me to take it to my mechanic and let him know what's wrong. My mechanic asked for an invoice and they could not provide that. I then took it back when he had told me to, thinking they were gonna fix what was wrong, but all they changed was the brake pads. Meanwhile the rotors have some deep grooves on them but they advised me it was all done. I then leave for the check engine to come back on but now the abs and another light on as well. I then call him he tells me to take it back because his mechanic should have done more then just brakes and they also couldn't get it inspected. So a couple days later my husband took it back for him to somehow get it inspected how I don't know because til today I still have all the lights on the check engine the abs and the traction control light. He got the car inspected and told my husband to take it to the Honda Dealer to get a diagnostic done because at that point the doors sometimes wouldn't open or close unless the van was off same as the sunroof. The brakes are bad. So he said to take it to the dealer. I did that exactly and the girl Emily stated she called him 2 and spoke to him but once she started calling for payment he ignored her calls and his staff that works there as well! We called his cell phone and nothing. I had to pay dam near $500 for the van to have dam near $14,000. In repairs and no one wants to do anything about it when I left this piece of shot dealer with this van. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone ever again. Staff there acts like they care when they do not care for anyone! They treat you great in your face. They gave us drinks. Treated us good For what we knew and could see of coarse not all this other.

Here I thought it could just be a leaf that got caught somewhere (silly me). I've owned luxury cars up until this point so my maintenance was always top tier and if something went wrong, I'd just bring it back and they'd fix for free. When I heard these noises, I just assumed maybe this happens when things are replaced in a Subaru (again, silly me). I popped the hood to only find that my COOLANT was drained... MY COOLANT. I have a 2021 forester so there is very little reason as to why the coolant evaporated especially when it was under 7000mi. Whoever did the maintenance on my vehicle drained the coolant since it was below 'low'... wow.. shady AF. Needless to say, I will not be returning to service my vehicle here. Ps- Steve is a wonderful sales person and I highly recommend him. Just don't do service here.

I sent a detailed email to the GM on June 10th and still have not received a response. Tuesday, May 12th: An appointment was made at Yonkers Honda because various dashboard lights came on, including collision assist, lane assist, and emergency braking. I dropped the car off at 7:15 am to Tom, the Service Advisor. I texted the advisor number at 1:37 pm. No response. I called at 2:54 pm, 3:05 pm, and 3:47 pm. No response. I texted again at 3:47 pm. Tom called from a personal number at 3:57 pm stating it was a big job that could cost thousands, advising me to involve Geico due to a prior hit-and-run from March 2025. I called Geico immediately and arranged a rental car. I told Tom to keep the car and sent him the prior claim info. Thursday, May 14th: I texted Tom at 1:08 pm. He said he was waiting on Geico's adjuster. Geico told me they were actually waiting on a supplemental request from the shop. Tom texted that he would handle it. Friday, May 15th: I called Tom at 1:02 pm; he texted saying he'd call back. Geico confirmed they still had received nothing. Tom claimed it was faxed. Saturday, May 16th: I texted Tom asking for confirmation. He said sending was giving him a hard time. I emailed Geico the photo Tom sent of the request form myself with zero issues. Tom then claimed Geico had wrong info and that they wanted a list of charges, not just the form. Monday, May 18th: I texted Tom at 7:59 am stating Geico needed the estimate. He replied with a thumbs up. I texted at 10:44 am offering to submit it if he shared it. He insisted the insurance should call him. I gave him Geico's number, which he declined, wanting an adjuster. Geico escalated the issue, and an adjuster named Angel called Tom. Tom informed me Danny would see the car Tuesday. Tuesday, May 19th: Geico denied coverage since the dashboard lights turned on May 5, 2026. Tom said Yonkers Honda would try to get American Honda to cover it via warranty. Friday, May 22nd: I texted Tom at 3:58 pm. He said they were waiting on approval but had the part. Tuesday, May 26th: I texted Tom at 3:08 pm asking for an update since I was paying for the rental out-of-pocket. He said they were still waiting on American Honda. No timeline was given. Thursday, May 28th: Received a call stating approval was still being reviewed. Friday, May 29th: Tom called at 2:35 pm to state the initial diagnosis was incorrect. They found the real issue, Honda approved it, and they were waiting on the part. Thursday, June 3rd: After a week of silence, I texted Tom. He hoped to get the car next week as the part was arriving June 4th. He doubted Honda would reimburse my rental. Monday, June 8th: No updates, so I reached out at 1:35 pm. He said he was praying for a June 9th pick-up. Tuesday, June 9th: Tom called at 1:45 pm saying the car was ready. I arrived at 5:13 pm, paid the cashier $62, and gave the attendant my paperwork. The attendant couldn't find the car at first, asking why I took 4 weeks to pick it up. I told him not to assume anything. After 4 weeks, the car was returned covered in bird feces, with branches inside, and a dashboard and shift lever filthy with dust. The door side was sticky. The attendant apologized, mentioning a bird's nest nearby. I sent Tom and Mike B a video of the filthy car. Tom called, offering a car wash or oil change, which I declined. Tom then told a story about a raccoon being in another customer's car. I asked what he was accomplishing with that story, as I wasn't looking to give him empathy. Truthfully, I am appalled. I will not be getting another vehicle from Yonkers Honda. I thank you for your professionalism over the years, Mike. You have been great to my family and friends. I am not seeking reimbursement or apologies, but the service center did a poor job caring for my lease. Which other customers have gone through this but didn't share?
