The facility was clean and organized. The staff were very knowledgeable and excelled in their performance. The individual who handles the scheduling and calls is also equally kind and professional. Their bedside manner was fantastic. Typically, if you have to go through physical therapy at this location for a few weeks at a time, you'll encounterdifferent physical therapists from their team. They all coordinate and take turns helping different patients. No matter who is helping you through your physical therapy you will be in exquisite hands. By the end of your treatment, you'll be happy to be rehabilitated, but sad to leave behind this wonderful team. A word of caution : sometimes there's high patient traffic and you might end up doing exercises in your own little corner, but in a large room shared by others. It's not a problem for me personally but it's something you should expect.

She was welcoming from the start which made it easy to relax (as much as medically possible) in any doctors office. She remained patient, answered my many questions, and helped me to understand the processes around me. When she departed for lunch, Maria assisted me with water and a snack. I was struggling with my medical assisted devices but she bought them to me without hesitation. I do enjoy customer service done correctly! Chris was whom who took me back to see the doctor. He was kind, considerate, professional and kept the humanity in the processing of measurements, testing and preparation for the doctor. He was sincere in treating me like a person, not another number patient. A gentle touch goes a long way! Dr. Dizay was also kind. She had reviewed my chart, had questions, testing and was prepared. She was efficient, timely and compassionate. I can see how good leadership, begins at the top. Only suggestion would be to inform at scheduling there is a significant packet to fill out before seeing doctor. I could have benefited from bringing someone with me to help fill it out, read or even write. I wasn't sure my documents were as legible as they could have been with my pain while sitting and writing. Overall, I would return. But I've waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time to get a room, not even considering actually speaking with the doctor. The doctor recommended a medication that's not covered under insurance as a first go -WTH. My insurance denied my request for imaging due to lack of medical information by the doctors; the insurance stated what needed to be said which - is the whole point of why I am being seen. Every follow up with the office, I was told it was submitted etc. yet I received the actual paperwork and it wasn't until I filed a complaint with my insurance that this was handled. They think they have passive patients who will let this stuff slide. If you want to be seen timely and get what you need, I wouldn't recommend at all! I have to give a minimum of 1 stars but I'd give a -1 star if I could.

First off the front desk receptionist is amazing very helpful and professional. However the…read moretherapists or asst not sure what their title is are over worked. This was my first experience with PT but I know that you should be watched and shown how to do the exercises not just left in a room with a timer then they come in give you some more this went on and on. I would be told to do for ex. A certain stretch/ hold for 30 seconds and do 5 reps then off he would go. Wouldn't watch and then I would be done and waiting for 5 minutes to 10 minutes after done for him to come back with more exercises what should have taken 20 minutes of exercises took and hour because he was so busy bopping around to other patients. Also I had to re tell to each asst what my injury was and sometimes I would have two helping me in one session. I feel like they should know your injury and read your file before they start to work on you as one came in wanted to have me do a sitting exercise I explained to him I have difficulties sitting and he said " oh what's your injury" after I told him he said"oh no we should not have you sit". Lastly as I was checking out with the receptionist another asst over heard me talking and said "oh your going to need surgery for that PT won't fix that!" Great so the several Drs I have seen and specialist who are hopeful in time I will heal with exercise and PT have all got it wrong and this PT asst who doesn't even know my injury says I need surgery! Needless to say got a referral for a new PT and am hoping for far better results and optimism. Overall I felt like after three sessions here they were just checking the boxes to get paid. At the very least they need to stay with you for a few reps to ensure your form is good and read your patients file!

My physical therapist never knew why I was there or had a plan for me when I was there, even though I had a fractured scapula.she was always just trying to make up stuff on the spot, she tried to make comments about other physical therapist by saying they exercises they told me to do where silly but she was my physical therapist for the other visits she just forgot and was basically talking about herself. In addition when I told the head physical therapist I was loosing confidence in the treatment because they didn't have a plan to help recover from my fractured scapula. He was clearly offended and told me if I would rather just find another place. Never tried to reassure they can help or offer another physical therapist. I immediately reported them. I've never expected to have someone pushing on my broken scapula and telling me to stretch harder than forgetting I had a fractured scapula and apologizing after. Very traumatic experience.
