I looked up car dealers near me and started my search for a new car. I am a single mom so i definitely had a budget and i sure wasnt going to buy a brand new car so that as soon as i drive off the lot my cars value would decrease anywhere from 5000 to 10000 . So i came upon J&J auto dealership and not only did i get set up with a great car, i also was received with great customer service and an awesome crew. They helped me out with a loaner and i had a brand new car less than 24 hrs later. They did all the paperwork immediately and i was able to drive off with no money down and an awesome monthly payment arrangement. I truly recommend J&J . Ive been buying cars and driving for over 15 years and never recommend a dealership to anyone. J&J truly saved me a great deal of headache. Thank you

Took a few days to mull it over then went back and bought it. I've had it for over two years now and I've taken it back to the service department for state inspections and oil changes. It hasn't needed anything else. They really go through it to to bottom before selling it. And this car is 17 years old. The service department is great. They don't add on extra things wrong like some other service department or try to up their cash flow by recommending things you don't need like a lot of quick oil change places do. This is the honest mechanic I've been looking for. All in all I'm really happy with the Bob Karl experience. When this car eventually dies, I'll definitely be back to buy another. I'd give ten stars if I could. Extremely highly recommended!

So far I've had to have the brake lines, portion of the fuel line, quick disconnect, fuel evac hose and solenoid, transmission pressure sensor replaced and a rebuilt differential installed. My bad for not checking sooner. Bob says he doesn't get Carfax because of a bad experience. I once asked him via email if he would have bought the car had he gotten the Carfax. I didn't get a reply. Bottom line, I have a 16 year old car that's cost me about $11,000.

On June 20th, my husband, myself and our 10 month old baby stepped into Rennselear Honda making the…read moreworst decision we could've made and gave them a shot. We test drove a 2108 Honda Pilot, after discussion with the sales rep we decided to move forward. After signing paperwork and leaving a deposit, he told us they did not the title for the vehicle due to an improper signature and that it should be there Monday, possibly Wednesday the latest. Needless to say the title never came. After two and a half weeks of waiting a less money in our pockets, we asked the dealership to provide us with some kind of compensation to keep us a float. Balancing a family on one car, with the expectation and verbal reassurance that this car would be in our driveway any day now- they agreed to give us a rental as we await the title. A week went by, more dates were promised, a tracking number was provided and the title never came. After a month waiting and a week with the rental the sales manager insisted we bring the rental back- because at this point we were an inconvenience and an expense. I would never recommend doing business with these people. They held onto us long enough to try and make a sale- and when they realized this title was not coming anytime soon after a month without a vehicle they decided to push us out. They lied to us over and over about the titles tracking and whereabouts, the previous owners involvement and the prior interested buyer who we later found out also pulled out after over a month waiting. Mike Smith is the biggest con artist out there and I wouldn't give him one penny off the ground if I found it :-) I would never recommend this dealership, and I suggest you stay clear of the headache. Invest your money literally anywhere else.
