I first tried to book online through their reservation service, but the sites that were listed as open were not really open and my reservation didn't go through. I called and spoke to a friendly lady who helped me book my stay. I wanted to stay longer but they did not have a site large enough for our motorhome available for the additional days, so I took the three nights they had. Upon arrival, the park seemed tight for our motorhome, but we were able to maneuver without issue. The staff lead us to our site and helped us park in our site. The site was on the end of a row next to the dumpster enclosure. We thought there may be noise from the dumpster but there really wasn't. The site had full hook ups and the 50 amp service that we needed. It was warm during our stay and we had not issues running our air conditioners. The sites are "buddy" sites so there was a small turf grass area between us and our two neighbors to share. We also could use the turf grass area on our driver's side adjacent to the dumpster enclosure. On our last day, we received a call from the office that they had an emergency road repair happening within the park on the day we were scheduled to leave. The park offered to refund our last day due to the inconvenience of us having to pack up and leave before 9 am. This was acceptable to us and we were able to move out of the park in plenty of time. The staff was always friendly and helpful and they waved at us each time we came and went from the park. I'd definitely recommend this park and stay again when in the area.

You can rent a propane fire pit which we did for $25 for the stay and that includes a tank of propane. Each site has water electric snd sewer. i want you to know this is not an asphalt parking lot. There is grass and a picnic table for each site. There are rules that there will be no carport or artificial grass on the lawn. which is understandable. There are clean restrooms with showers and a laundry room. Play Area Equipment with ping pong and fooseball This RV Park is very quite. No loud music Quiet Hours start at 9pm. No Generators Running Dogs are on leashes and there are potty bags available. During our stay guests were very considerate of not walking thru your camp. There is the noise of HWY 80 but it did not bother us. The river is close by and there is fishing. The store and deli are very well stocked. You can even buy a fishing license. What a joke. Made a reservation online, completed all documentation and their "move-in" process. I…read moreselected an outside storage unit. I head over to the facility, security code in hand. Upon arrival, code won't work. Tried it at least a dozen times So, I call the number on the sign. Voice mail says "they aren't on site but can be reached by phone." After MULTIPLE attempts, that proves to not be true. I tried calling the Fernly location. That too went to voicemail, saying "Today is September 1st and we are closed for the holiday." Today is in fact November 26. Upon calling the silver springs location, again I only get a voicemail, but they at least give office hours. Thinking I might be able to told to SOME sort of employee, I drive to the Spanish Springs location. Guess what, their office is inside the secure gate, you can't get in unless you have a security code for that location. Negative contact with any living soul. I drive BACK to the Carson location. My security code still doesn't work. I tried a simple, generic code and the gate opened right up. I drive around for a minute to locate my storage unit. Guess what? It's NOT a storage unit. Appreciate, according to Safe Storage, and only Safe Storage, an outside storage unit, is a parking spot. They have a few secure units, but I won't be dealing with this company again. They are misleading and INCOMPETENT!
