I am beyond satisfied with the professional and exceptional work provided by the Roof Repair Expert…read moreLlc. I was hesitant to call them at first because they did not have one single review on Yelp. However, on Google, they have well over 300-5 star reviews. With that being said, I called them on a Friday morning. They picked up within a couple of rings. They were actually going to send someone out to my place to evaluate my roof damage that day. Unfortunately, I was not available. So they came out on Saturday. They gave me two fair quote options. The first was they could repair it immediately, but the shingles would not 100% match. Option 2, delayed repair but with exact match shingles. I went with option two which was to get an exact match. They told me that they would need a day to find the exact match. Sunday night, I received a text that they would be out Monday afternoon to repair my roof. Unbelievably, I received a text Monday morning, telling me that they would actually be out a little sooner cause they were ahead of schedule. After a short while they sent me a text letting me know the repair was finished. My wife sent me some pictures and their work is flawless. The shingles are perfect match, and that area looks like it was totally unscathed. I am especially thankful for Nathalya who texted me with updates along the way and kept me informed at all times. Alex who gave me a very detailed inspection and professional opinion. And to Wayne for explaining their mission is simple to try to expertly repair your roof correctly, and not just try to sell you a complete roof.

This growing construction company is exceptional! Pros:…read more - company is owned and run by honest, dependable, reliable general contractors that do fantastic work! - They bill weekly, with itemized invoices, so customers are always aware of exactly what they are paying for on their project. - they are very quality-conscious, ensuring customers are happy throughout the process - they have excellent ideas to help your project, whether it is a new home build or a renovation, but they don't push them on the customer. They have enough experience to bring ideas to the table that will improve the project, while not adding (usually) to the budget, and they never cut corners. Cons: They are growing quickly by the excellent reputation they've built, so you may have to wait a bit to get started. This is not really a "CON", as all construction is like that right now. New roof and a great roof over the 20 x 25 patio about three years ago. Mark Gilliday was our estimator and our project manager. On site most every day and the days he wasn't he called to let me know - plus I know enough about construction and code to be comfortable if he had to step away for a bit. When he initially bid he even put the CAD drawing out for us (ha even put in a shade line so we could see how it would fall). Made a GREAT suggestion on the roof line to add light and visibility. They were not the cheapest, but not high by much. Close enough to run with someone I felt comfortable with. This is the first time in my 30 years of owning several homes I've ever let anyone do improvements - because I know how to do them and too many contractors out there do not. or if they do they won't do whats right. We are now getting closer to closing in the patio area for a 4 seasons sunroom and i'm about to call.

I hired L&L for a home renovation, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing…read more Communication throughout the project was inconsistent -- updates were rare, and I often had to reach out multiple times to get basic information. This lack of clarity caused delays and unnecessary stress. In addition, the quality of the work did not meet expectations. Several areas were finished hastily, with visible flaws that required additional repairs. While most of the team was polite in person, the overall execution and attention to detail fell short. I will not recommend.
