I wouldn't even give them a star if I could. D.G. was not lying, I have text messages from him…read moretotally spazzing on me, for asking for a service I paid for. Sending sporadic text, he didn't try to resolve the issue AT ALL, and he didn't fix the device. He didn't give me a receipt and then had the nerve to ask how did I pay, at least I have that receipt of payment almost $400 for services not to be fully rendered and to be disrespected for wanting what I paid for. I'll take that one on the chin because after his reaction I didn't even want him to rectify the unfired issue, I'll just pay to take it to the professionals because this place lacks professionalism when a customer has an issue, as long as you appreciate their service and don't complain just accept subpar service they'll treat you respectfully but this is business and they don't know how to handle customer conflicts in a professional manner, He thought he was threatening with pulling the video from the store I was like please do because his video will be my evidence of the transaction I pray it has audio, then he said only an officer can view it.
