We recently bought a new printer and needed it working ASAP. I tried to set it up myself and ended up in a rabbit hole of error messages and Wi-Fi confusion. I called Churchill Tech Support in a bit of a panic, and they sent a technician out later that same day. I told him right away, "I'm not good with this kind of stuff," and instead of brushing me off or making me feel dumb, he explained everything in plain English (no tech jargon), and when I didn't understand something, he was so calm and kind about explaining it again. He didn't just set up the printer and drivers, he walked me through how to print from my phone and how to do scans either from the printer or from my laptop.
