I enthusiastically recommend Tech by Bonnie! Bonnie is knowledgable, efficient, patient, calm,…read morerespectful, and just plain nice! Especially in this very unique space of supporting people with some, little, or no experience with tech at home. Like many, I'm confident when all of the systems are running as they should but having developed my tech skills in a professional environment, I could always rely on the IT department when things got "sticky." Bonnie offers that support now that I work from home - she is my IT department. In addition, from a home entertainment perspective, Bonnie helped me along the path to "cut the cord" and save some $$$ on cable. And all of the above came at a very affordable and fair rate.

I am not a technical novice, but at my age I sometimes fall behind. I found Bonnie via another…read moreresident in the building who also needed some computer help. During my more active years I worked with a wide variety of technical experts, having been somewhat of one myself. I am thus well able to judge technical competence and skill. Bonnie is in the class of the most able of information technologists. She reminds me of the very early days of computers when it was the women English majors who led the way bringing computers into wide-spread use by ordinary people. Bonnie is not only knowledgeable in all aspects of personal computers, but she has the ability to comfortably transmit this knowledge to beginners and unskilled users. She is patient, understanding and communicative. And I might add, considering the economy today and what other professionals charge, her charges are quite reasonable.
