They have not showed up on our monthly service dates and I have to call each time to find out what is going on our pick ups. I escalated my concern with creating a service case # and was assured that someone will call me back.........no calls at all. I had to follow-up three different times and even spoke to a supervisor with no results. I would NOT recommend this company. Unfortunately for them, I will be calling my corporate office to make sure our other locations in Austin stops using this company.

He yelled and cussed at me when I voiced my concerns of not having access to emails on a Monday morning. Then he somehow got all of our files that were stored on one-drive to disappear. We were at a standstill as far as running our business. It took weeks to recover from his egregious missteps. He did spend hours getting us back to where we were at before we met him but then had the audacity to bill us for the hell he put our company through all to get us back to exactly where we were in the first place.
