I explained what I desired. He asked questions about the functions used on the computer. He listened and told me he would send me an eMail explaining hardware options in addition to options and suggestions. Immediately I made my decision to work with Brandon and BBM. We talked. I made a hardware decision. A acceptable bill of charges was presented to me. I agreed and the desktop replacement was initiated. I happily paid the deposit requested and Brandon acquired the new desktop computer. Off site he then preformed the necessary software loading and configurations. At the agreed upon date and time, Brandon arrived with the new hardware. He seriously worked moving the files from the old desktop to the new. He made sure the applications, profiles, related data and other necessary items were on the new computer and working properly. This computer exchange also included moving from Windows10 to Windows11. Brandon described some of the differences and was patience with the questions I had about this new operating system. I am most impressed by the professionalism and skills I experienced by BBM. Suddenly I had something akin to a rock with a glowing monitor. (I am sure the monitor being left on was meant to be gloating!) I had downloaded a package for unzipping my files and the next thing I knew, there was a second profile on my laptop that I had not created and there was no way to access anything on the laptop. (BTW the light from the monitor wasn't even bright enough to illuminate the few hard copies I had printed out before the lockdown. So, I couldn't even use the laptop for a lamp.)
