We experienced a flood that damaged approximately 20% of our 1,400-square-foot in our Naples home,…read moreresulting in about $19,000 worth of mold remediation per Joe Taylor Restoratuons assessment. We were repeatedly assured that all costs would be covered by insurance--$10,000 through our mold deductible coverage and the remaining balance through another portion of the policy--meaning there would be no out-of-pocket expense for us. We were also told they were the insurance company's preferred vendor and therefore had access to review what would be covered to ensure we would not receive any unexpected costs. None of that turned out to be true. Instead, we were left with a substantial bill roughly $8,000 and the company ultimately placed a lien on our home. It is absolutely unacceptable to tell a family dealing with significant property damage and losses that everything is covered, only to later leave them financially responsible. To make matters worse, mold was discovered the same week they informed us that the hygienist's testing had come back clear. That raised serious concerns about the quality and reliability of the information we were given throughout the process. Our experience was frustrating, stressful, and costly. I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache--this company did not earn our trust, and we would not recommend them. Joe Taylor is just a bunch of salesman making money off of our communities hardships not providing true consults to their consumers.

On the way home, we debated whether or not to try to clean them ourselves and decided to get them professionally cleaned. Steve and Wiz took a look at the couches and let us know that they may not be able to fully remove all of the cat hair, but they would try their best. After 45 minutes of diligent work, the couches are 98% free of the cat hair. I am incredibly grateful for their hard work! Great job guys! I will definitely recommend you in the future!

Shamrock Restoration was outstanding from start to finish…read more I called to have some water and mold removed due to a leak in the shower. Within hours, the same day, Johnny and Pablo came to evaluate the damage. They even helped with leak detection, which typically would be done by a plumber; that was a huge plus. After their evaluation, including thermal imaging to see humidity and water behind inaccessible walls, and tile, they did mold treatment, and they set up fans and equipment that would remove all of the humidity. After a few days of the machines running, all the humidity and mold was removed. They were very professional and friendly. On top of that, they provided a very thorough report of all the findings and the work done. Honestly, a superb experience. Highly, highly recommend.
