Why? NO ONE could tell me if there was a warranty on a simple capacitor (used in many common A/C systems and small motors). On their website (see image below), there is NO part number listed for the capacitor, yet I heard the supervisor in the background telling the young guy on the phone to get a part number from me - what? The young guy could only find the part from the catalog number I gave him (he couldn't find it when I initially told him "looking for a run capacitor 40 mfd 440 volt") - and then - said they'd have to order it since NONE of the "43 available" were at his location.
