This was the absolute worst service I have ever received…read more 1) Service was terrible. I didn't get a single response to my questions or need for updates. The only time they reached out was when they had a question about the payment. 2) I simply asked for my keyboard keys to be made less sticky. They didn't fix the problem at all. I NOW have to take it back to another technician. 3) A week after I left my computer at the store, once they said they had fixed it, they called and said that they had lost my password. I told them multiple times what it was and texted it to them. They said it didn't work and asked me to come down. Once I was there, they said they got it to work. This was the absolute biggest waste of money I have ever spent. And the biggest biggest waste of time. I 100% don't recommend this service, and please don't book an appointment with them. My technician was called Darian. I don't know if it was his fault, or the fault of the company - probably both. but I was shock by the deception and unreliability.

When called on 9/14 (after hearing nothing since drop off) they explained they had sent it out and it would be another day. We were given a refund with no real explanation on how it went from one issue to another. The sticker that has the serial number was peeling off (it wasn't before) and had we not called we would have had no update. Horrible communication, no real explanation and possibly an Xbox in a worse condition than the way it was turned in.
