At 445 I received no update so I call and they tell me again and of day Monday... . He tells me if I want to come pick it up he'll give me a refund, I ask so nothing was worked on? And he says I'll undo what I did so you can come pick it up by end of day, mind you it's 4:50 end of day is in 10 minutes. There was no conclusion I got hung up on. HORRIBLE no one has a care for anyone bringing in their belongings or even making any sort of effort.
