When I tried to cancel the service, the only option was to select a new appointment time. I was charged both a cancellation fee and a subscription fee despite never having received the service. Numerous emails later trying to rectify this issue, the company will not give me a refund. There is no benefit to working with this company and I only detail this to help others avoid the frustration this company will inevitably put you through.
