He promised to come by at 730am and arrived on time! Wut?? Yup! Unfortunately, the night before the event the guest of honor that we were throwing the party had to go to the hospital so we could not carryon on with their party. Dennis and his gang came in early to set up and even helped us in setting up the tables when they noticed that we were running behind schedule. They gave A LOT. For the price of all those items I rented them for I was expecting the servings to be small but in fact they were the opposite. The halo halo for example was the size of a regular halo halo you would find at a restaurant. The cotton candy was bigger than the size of my head. All the adults and kids really enjoyed them. They also stayed longer than the time I rented them for and even saved the take down of the bounce house for last because the kids were still enjoying it. Dennis and his gang was very friendly and quick with their service. At the end of the party, they helped us with clean up too! I'm so glad that we used them. The signs used to be witty and fun but now they are sexist, rude, low key right wing, and not funny or related to any of their products. Hundreds of people and Mo'ili'ili commuters are stuck driving by their stupid sign every day. Please just advertise your business or have someone post taglines that are actually funny instead of cringe or offensive.

The littles were only able to use the inflatables for a short time. The rains were persistent and the crew returned the following day to pick up the inflatables. Rain water had gotten into the units which made it very difficult for the guys to pack them up. It ended up taking two crews. They all remained professional and cheerful, though drenched. I then used them again this June. This time just 1 18' slide for my family visiting, ages 5-9. It was the hottest day of the year and the littles played on the slide for hours without stopping. Next time I may go smaller because they picked up some good speed and would occasionally get sore when their arms would rub against the stitching or velcro. Staff is very friendly. Timing for setting up and picking up always works out. You can order online or by phone. Staff will call and email you to confirm the order, setup time, delivery results, and pickup time. All the bases are covered.
